Tried the pistachio latte, and it was amazing! One of the best tasting lattes around. They have a variety of products, so I definitely plan on coming back and trying more. Service was also amazing + quick, and the atmosphere was perfect to get some homework done. Definitely my new favorite coffee spot here in Canton.

Staff is very friendly and make great recommendations for drinks and food to try. The interior of the shop is very nice.

The Yemeni latte is amazing! Also, tried various desserts and croissants!

An absolutely beautiful coffee shop, with very nicely detailed furniture and lighting. The artwork in the back is super detailed as well. All the food looked delicious, what I got was so good and paired perfectly with my coffee. If you order a pot, you get it in a very neatly decorated coffee pot with glassware.
Honestly some of the best coffee I’ve had in a while and definitely the best in Canton.

Cozy, boogie coffee shop. Everything looked so fancy! We got a large size of adeni tea and although it looks kind of small.. it serves a lot. I didn’t particularly liked the taste but that’s because I don’t really drink tea. It’s a very nice place to visit!

Very lovely coffee and tea shop. 🍵 I wish it was bigger and had more comfortable seating because I wanted to stay longer. The music and historic alphabet as well as the drink I had all added to the overall ambiance and made me feel relaxed and calm. I don't remember the name of my drink but it made me feel energized and euphoric. I can taste each ingredient. Over all I enjoyed my time and I'll be revisting soon.

Beautiful place, people, and drinks! Awesome place to have a first, second, or third date lol! I had the mocha latte with beautiful coffee art. I also had the beautiful pink drink with the pistachios. My date had hot cocoa with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

Beautifully put together, amazing taste, and reasonably priced! I was surprised how close to regular coffee shops these wonderful drinks are. This is the best coffee shop I've ever been to, and I have been to quite a few. Service was amazing, very friendly cashier. Great ambiance too. I will definitely be back!

My daughter and I stopped here on a recent road trip. My daughter loves coffees and teas and really wanted to try this place. It was well worth adding to our itinerary. The baked goods and food were amazing. The chai tea I had was delicious and made from scratch. We had a piece of cheesecake and a macaron!!! We will be making this a stop during future trips for sure. I am a very curious person and had lots of questions about everything. It's a Yemeni coffee shop so I was curious about the differences in coffee and stuff. The gentlemen working there were more than happy to answer my questions and you got a sense of pride as they talked about everything. That's probably what makes the service so good.

This is one of my favourite coffee places, I and my husband love going here the vibe is so good. I love their ambience too, recently my brother in law and his family came to Michigan, we took them to Matari to try their Adeni Chai and they loved it too. I would also like to mention their Rose milk cake, I’ve tried rose flavour at many places but either it’s too soggy or too dry but the rose cake at Matari is just perfect and soul touching 😍

Matari is a great, new place and I couldn't be happier that it's right in my hometown. I've been twice - once in the cafe and once for a take away and both experiences were great!

The savory treats and drinks we've tried are all so good and filling. There were so many delicious looking things that we appreciated the recommendations from the very friendly and helpful staff.

Foods we've enjoyed so far (in order of our preferences) include:
1. Honeycomb Bread (YUM!)
2. Potato, cheese and herbs pastry
3. Feta cheese, basil, tomato and herb pastry
4. Goat cheese and olive pastry

Our drink choices have included a Yemeni Latte, Adeni tea and Mofowar coffee. All are wonderful!

Although we have yet to get any desserts, it is fun just looking at the case of their works of art!

The place is sparkling clean, well-appointed and comfortable. There are plenty of well-spaced tables inside. The style is sleek with interesting artwork, including a gorgeous mural. It is the perfect place to meet with friends or have a casual date.

A very good coffee location especially if you are tired of standard coffee chains. Some excellent tea options such as Adeni are also available in addition to most of the common coffee options. Try their honeycomb bread which is baked really well.
Plenty of seating available (10-15 tables). Very good service along with great ambience. Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for a unique and delicious coffee experience, then you have to try Matari Coffee. It’s one of my new favorite places to go and I’m sure it will become yours too! Their menu offers an array of different delicious drinks and treats, but my personal favorite is the Matari Tea. This unique blend combines green tea, Himalayan salt, special spices, and is topped off with roasted pistachios. It’s a flavor combination that you won’t find anywhere else, and that pink color is so pretty. If you’re ever in Canton, make sure you check them out.

Very unique coffee shop! Options incorporating middle eastern flavors. The pastries were the star! Highly recommend the pistachio croissant. Our party tried 4 different drinks and 4 different baked goods. All were amazing. The staff was also helpful in guiding our choices since we were unfamiliar with some of the options.

My wife and I love exploring different flavor profiles and Matari delivered.

I got the Mofawar, coffee with cardamom and cream. The cardamom flavor is great. This is a great alternative to the Turkish coffee if you’re looking for something more to sip on without sacrificing flavor.

My wife got the Matari, green tea, Himalayan sea salt, milk, and spices topped with Pistachios. This is is a surprisingly creamy drink and has a nice subtle “red velvet” flavor. Delicious.

We ordered both without sugar and there was no need to add it.

There is a nice variety of pastries all with unique flavorings and pairings. We tried the Pistachio Macaron. The pistachio definitely stood out and the sweetness of honey and fresh berries were a welcomed punch to our taste buds. May have to come back for the baklava cheesecake!

The internal design is fantastic. The black walls with gold accents is very regal. Matari has an upscale feel.

Lovely ambience! Have to try their Honeycomb Pastry and Matari tea is my all time favorite, there’s pistachios and rose petals added to it if you want to try.

Tried the pistachio cheesecake the next time, it was good but not the best cheesecake I’ve ever had.

I stop by this place after I found in the instagram and I have to say I’m not disappoint 🤎 the place by it’s self already look so nice design and clean the coffee and dessert is so good as well.
I plan to visit again and again lol to try out all the drink they have and goody 🥰

Beautiful coffee shop with excellent coffee and desserts. Coffee wasn’t too bitter at all. A little pricy but worth it. Seats are comfortable and presentation of items is also nice. We both had the pistachio latte (one hot and one iced), highly recommend. Will definitely go back.

Delicious coffee and tea with tasty desserts! Plus it was a great space to study. We went on a busy Saturday afternoon and staff was kind, efficient, and got our order out in a timely manner. Definitely a new favorite study location.

The cappuccino was supper good. We had pistachio cheese cake. Yamani tea was good too. Beautiful coffee shop. We needed something like this in our area. They are open till 11 pm which it is like my dream comes through. I love to go and sit somewhere later for a coffee.

This coffee shop is an incredible experience. The atmosphere is soothing and calm, and the smell of cardamom in the air mixed with coffee is wonderful. Everything inside is very elegant and feels relaxing and upscale. We tried the cupcakes (s'mores, Ras Malai) and the pistachio cheesecake. The cheesecake was the best pistachio cheesecake I've ever had! The cupcakes were good too, just a little cold because they are kept in a refrigerated display case.
