Foundry Coffeehouse

This is a very relaxing, easy-going coffee shop located within a church. They have a wide range of hot and cold coffee/tea drinks, and they are affordably priced. The “bottomless“ coffee is a great deal, and they have decaf available too!

There is a park nearby, and they also have outdoor seating. The inside has a nice combination of tables and soft chairs, though it is a bit echoey.

Great little coffee shop at the park. It is inside the corner of a church. The coffee shop area is open to a gym and a young children's play area. Nice outing during winter or poor weather, and a nice stop while at the park. Prices are lower than average, but quality is good. They use beans from Thou Mayest, a very good local roaster.

Nice spot with plenty of seating both inside and outside. Perfectly situated to walk over from Sar-Ko-Par Park and get a cup of coffee.

Great coffee. Great snacks. We showed up while a literal orchestra was playing in the lobby and had to be waved through to order... it was probably the most fun surprise I've ever had at a coffee house.

The Foundry is an excellent coffeeshop located in The Foundry Church. It is open during the days every day, except Monday. There are nice places to sit inside and out, overlooking Lenexa's Sar-Ko-Par Park. They have a playroom that will keep children entertained; and, because it is somewhat soundproofed, it allows for undisturbed conversation in the main dining room. We have had both hot and cold drinks at The Foundry and were pleased every time.

Great place next to the park. Excellent for parents with small kids. The coffee is also really good 😊

This place is a gem! I ordered an iced Americano and a blueberry muffin. Both were very good. The service was even better. The gentlemen who took my order offered to carry my drink into the kids area since I was carrying my toddler. It was very thoughtful. The kids area was fantastic. The cute little play structure was perfect for my toddler. It gave me a chance to enjoy my coffee knowing that my child was having fun in a safe and contained area.

Great, not awesome, espresso drinks. Very affordable. All profits good to charity. Nice relaxing indoor spot next to the park. Plenty of tables chairs and couches indoor and outdoor. There is live music every other Saturday morning. Very spacious, not crowded at all. This was my first time to Parkside coffee and I will definitely be going back.

Really great coffee with a nice atmosphere. Lots of options for both coffee and tea as well. And they had vegan and gluten free bakery items as well as normal baked goods! Highly recommend this place!

The coffee is great and the staff is super friendly. After you grab a drink, you can hang out inside, which has a play area for kids, or take a stroll around the nearby park/pond. Amazing location.

The definition of a local coffee shop; very affordable drinks, comfortable seating options, and outstanding customer service. The barista, whose name starts with L, is phenomenal. She's very personable and knowledgeable about the city. It's honestly a hidden gem in the heart of Lenexa! There are even a few parks nearby, a playroom, a gym, and a rock wall available in the facility. An excellent place for kids and adults to cohabitate in their elements. Most importantly, it is a great place to relax, refresh, and recharge!

This is a great coffeeshop if you have kids. It's located inside of Foundry Church, and they have a whole play area set up specifically for the coffeeshop! Best place in the KC area to have an indoor break with the little ones and actually be able to relax.

Really good chai and bathrooms and tables are always clean! The playroom for kids under 5 is great too.

Great place to bring the kids, grab a coffee, and let them run around. There's a nice, carpeted area with play set and a full gym, also a coffee shop area, but we don't ever seem to stop there.

This is a very family friendly environment and the staff are super nice. They are very determined to get your drink tasting the way you like it. My son loves to run around the play area.
