They have a knowledgeable staff that is terrific. I needed help in the plumbing section, in a few minutes, the man verified a matching cut out Valve and also showed me the sale on the Tank fill assembly.

My Ego Power Plus Self-Propelled lawn mower would not start. I called Ego and they stepped me through troubleshooting steps and determined it required repair.

This store was the closest authorized repair center to the Northland. I dropped it off with the warranty certificate Ego emailed me and the mower was fully repaired the next day. John was very professional and explained how Ego is good about warranty claims. John said the brand is solid and doesn’t have products fail very often. Great experience getting my lawn mower repaired before the new mowing season.

I went into the 87th St. store in Lenexa twice in one week & both times Sandy helped me, once to help me decide on paint for a project & once to find a missing piece of hardware on another project. Both times he went above & beyond by spending time helping me.

Amazing customer service!!!! Rick R and Mark helped me yesterday with a door hanger I needed to fix. They were incredibly incredible!!! They were both kind, polite, patient, knowledgeable and gave me the help I needed!! My husband and I will definitely be returning with our hardware/home renovation and maintenance needs!!! So incredibly impressed!!!

Staff is so refreshingly friend. Never bought ice melt before and they explained what I needed, how to do it and even carried it to my car for me. The staffs kindness made my day!! 10/10

Rick us the man there. He has soo much knowledge, and us a true asset to Ace Hardware. He helped me with a plumbing project and issue that I was having. Ace has items, and the caring team that the bug box stores just don't have !

Friendly and helpful staff. The selection is limited compared to Home Depot a and Lowe's, but you get a much more relaxed and employable shopping experience. Ace will probably cover a majority of homeowners' needs.

The guys that work here are amazing! They are always eager to answer my million and one questions about whatever project I'm working on.... from lawn maintenance to building a pergola, or wherever else I dream up. Love Westlake stores. It reminds me of the store I had while growing up in a small town. Unlike the big box stores you can actually find help if needed and the employees are super friendly. Yes they are a bit more expensive but I'd gladly pay for the service and available parts.

I used to work there, in the office, so it holds a special place in my heart. More objectively the service is always top-notch, at every location. It's alsoone of the few businesses for which being a rewards member truly pays off with notably better deals at very minimal inconvenience. Specific to this location, the store gets a littlecluttered but is always still attractive and welcoming, and has such a great selection.
