Josiah was wonderful in listening to my concerns regarding the Allstate app (very frustrating to use) and answering some questions regarding my claim after a drunk driver bashed up my car while it was parked this weekend. I really appreciated how he validated my concerns and was such a great listener. He got all of my questions and concerns answered regarding my policy, helped me reset my password and get back up and running. 5 stars!!

Oh my gosh, Angie helped my husband and I getting insurance for our home and auto. First off she was patience and kind to us. Insurance can be overwhelming now days. I’ve been with Allstate for over 35 years. With the same group of people ( unless they retire). This group is very nice, easy to work with. That are always there when you need them and always to help and answer any questions that arise. I don’t think I could asked for a better group.

Had to get a tow during all the snow we recently had. Got a call from Josiah to make sure everything went well. Found out I had to pay out of pocket for the tow and helped walk me through how to get everything reimbursed. Was friendly and made the whole process easy and even enjoyable.
