Impressive customer service and top notch work! I was stranded after work - my VW Jetta wouldn’t start. I called at 5:50, they close at 6:00. Ahmad stayed late for me, he coordinated a tow truck and promised to be in touch next day with info. My 7 yr old OG battery was replaced in record time for a very fair price and they replaced the rear brakes that I knew I needed (also for a fair price bc I called around.) When I went to pick up my car, Ahmad wasn’t working that day but came in to make certain that I was pleased with the work done. Alex, another employee/mechanic who also drives a VW gave me tips on how to best take care of my car. Not only are they thorough, they do timely work; these people actually care about others - are kind - and were dedicated to my safety and repair satisfaction. Meineke on 75th Street in O.P. is my go-to for my vehicle’s care. Tons of gratitude!

Guy at the front desk was very nice and respectful. They were able to get me in quick and gave me amazing information to make an informed choice. Would recommend!

Ahmad and Jeremy do a great job along with their crew to handle repairs in a very fast and professional matter! Definitely would recommend coming here.

The guys that help you at the counter were great. Very good customer service and when it came to explaining what was done to your vehicle they were professional and to the point. Answered all the questions I had about my vehicle and texted the work done and the work declined promptly.

From the service manager to the mechanic everyone at Meineke are so caring and professional. I would recommend Meineke to anyone that wants to have their car serviced. I told my sister and she's going to get her car serviced. Great Staff and great prices. Extra thanks to Christen.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in awhile. From the time I walked in to the time I left was very welcoming. David Colon was very helpful and attentive the entire time, Communicated the entire process and cost the whole breakdown even things wrong with my car as well as let me know the options about their credit card/options I had. Thank you again David, look forward to my next visit! P.s. if you want someone who loves what they do and take care of you as well as your car in a timely manner this is the place for you HIGLY RECOMMEND.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they did a very thorough inspection on my car. After it was done, David took time to honestly explain his concerns with my car and which findings were most urgent without making me feel pressured. I don’t know a ton about cars so I felt like I was taken care of and NOT taken advantage of like I’ve been through elsewhere which is something I do not take lightly. Casie was also very helpful in scheduling my appointment. I’ll definitely be back.

I took my car in because the break light came on. They check it out and told me that the pads were still okay to drive on. The appointment was quick and on time. When I tried to pay for inspecting the car, there was no charge. Free! I will not take my car anywhere else when I need breaks done. Excellent Service!

Called to see if they could fix the driver’s side window that wouldn’t go up/down. Within 2 hours I had taken the car in, they fixed it, and I was driving away. David was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Will definitely take my car there again.

Great service, very professional, and was able to clearly explain the concerns I had regarding my vehicle. Set my appointment and they had me in and out within a few hours. Very professional and I'll deal with non le other moving forward. Great job!!!

I highly recommend this place for tire changes, oil changes and any other car issues you may have that they actually do. Everyone there is very nice and they go above and beyond for the customer. This was my first experience there in a number of years and I will continue to go there when I need to get tires in the near future. Everything they said they were going to do they did. My Cadillac dealer said that I needed a new catalytic converter that they would charge $2,100 for parts & labor. I took my SUV to Meineke for a second opinion. They said it was fine & that I didn’t need one at all! The guys in the shop & up front were friendly & helpful too. I will be back!

The district manager Martel was very helpful explaining my Groupon benefits and what I needed done on my car in the future in order of importance. I will definitely go back there for my future car maintenance needs and it’s close to my home!!

This was my first time here and it was better and easier than I expected. I walked into an updated clean simple comfortable owner waiting area. Prices were stated obviously on a large LCD screen behind the desk. This morning the manager was walking a new employee through their first day. Getting me in the system was fairly quick. They even happily let me go next door to the Advanced Auto Parts store, buy a better oil filter, and they installed it at no additional charge.
They let me know that two different fluids were low but I didn't feel pressured to get it done today. They also didn't try to upsell me on wiper blade or air filter replacement, which are easy things I can do myself.
I'll definitely be going back.

Loved the service I got today for my brakes! They were the only ones that could do it on my timeline. Up front with the issues. I very much enjoyed the fill and manager today. He made it fun!. I will return to this location. Great service, great attitude from the employees! Every other place in town could not do it on my schedule they could do it as a walk-in. I actually had a fun time. Signed the Toyota tundras owner! Thank you!!

Great place to get exhaust work done, much cheaper than at dealers. Good at being creative with pipes, bending and welding fixes. Only problem this last time was that they ran out of welding wire and so couldn't finish my job. Had to take it back in after they got wire delivered. Should have had more in stock so you don't run out.

It is always good. Give my car the once over and then tells me what what needs attention, what can wait until next time. Very helpful, courtesy, friendly and informative.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Great service from a team that seemed extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. I was very pleased and enjoyed the experience. Will definitely return for future services.
