My dad and I have been bringing our cars here for as long as I can remember. Just had my 2015 rdx in for a solid amount of work. Had the car back in two days and she drives like a top. Not to mention they are very competitive with parts and labor. Always recommend this place. Good, honest, hard workers.

I've always been skeptical about mechanics. But I've been going to JoCo for 2 years, going on three ever since my first car. I've had two cars in total during the time, and have also seviced my grandmothers car. They have always provided me the most honest answers, and obvious results. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience with joco auto. It was my first time using them for my car needs and I plan to make them my go to servicer. They were easy to get in contact with , scheduled me promptly , and were so kind and professional. Most importantly they provided very competitive pricing which is hard to come by these days ! Glad I found joco auto.

They rebuilt the rear diff on my Silverado and had it done a day after I dropped it off and had me back on the road. Stevie was great and kept me updated through the entire process

I called with an issue and was able to come in thirty minutes for them to look at the problem. It was a simple fix and they fixed it for me for no charge! They were so kind and helpful.

This review is long overdue. Our family does not go anywhere else for servicing our vehicles, including family in from out of town! Honest, cost efficient, reliable & friendly service. They go out of the way to make sure you are satisfied. Highly recommend.

I went in to have an oil change and standard checkup of my car after Mercedes said I needed new brakes. I did end up needing new brakes and Ernie explained why and showed me the pictures. It was more urgent than MB led me to believe and I appreciate the honesty and thoroughness of JoCo Auto. My mom and I will be customers for life and I will be telling my story to anyone that asks for a mechanic. Thank you so much!

I don't think I'll ever go anywhere but here again. Being a young female it's already hard enough to find a mechanic that will listen about my car and help me find a real solution, but man, they did just that and SOOO much more. Literally the nicest people I have ever met and they did everything they could think of to make me comfortable and make sure my car was in good hands. 100% will be coming back or anything and everything I need.

I was a recent customer of Jo Co Auto and was very pleased with my interactions with them. Overall I found them to be an old-fashioned business in all the best ways. I found them to be trustworthy, generous, and skilled at what they do. I like the fact that they take photos of what car parts need replacing and take the time to thoroughly communicate what is going on; I've actually never been to a mechanic that did things quite like that. Their prices are also pretty reasonable, and everyone who works there is super nice and understanding. Car repairs are often very stressful, especially if you are dealing with a vehicle that you care about, but the whole time I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. I would not hesitate to visit them again in the future for car maintenance or repairs or recommend them to friends and family.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Jo Co Auto for years. Recently I took my Audi S6 to replace brakes and rotors. I couldnt be happier with the job they did and the performance of the brakes (great stopping, no squeal, no vibration). I opted for aftermarket parts and saved thousands off of dealership quotes. You will not find a better value: they perform exceptional work for the right price.

I visited Johnson County Automotive with my parents and I must say that I was extremely impressed with their service. We came in with a flat tire and needed an oil change as well. The staff member, Stevie, was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. She even offered us cookies during our wait which was a really nice touch.

The service we received was prompt and efficient, and we were kept informed throughout the process. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. After the service was done, we were very happy with the results and left feeling like we made the right choice by choosing Johnson County Automotive.

My car was damaged on my way to work during a storm. I made it to work, but needed to have it looked at to make sure it was safe to drive home. I called very worried.. Stevie answered the phone, she was very kind and able to get me in last minute. They didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary fixes and were honest about what was urgent and what could wait. They even offered to give me a ride to my job so I didn't have to miss work or pay for a ride. They got the repairs done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning here for services in the future!

I have been using this shop for the past three years. They have been very open and honest with all their work. They never were pushy and only suggested fixing what needs fixing.

Absolutely superb experience. We’ve taken multiple cars here, both modern and classic and had great work done at a fair price. It’s great. But what makes me say “excellent” is the customer service. Absolutely above & beyond. These guys great you like a person, and have stayed late to help us out when we’re in need. Alan is a stand-up guy I’d trust with my grandmother. All the stars.

Just got my first oil change here. The front desk was very friendly and willing to explain any questions I had. The "next service" sticker also matched my owner's manual recommended mileage interval, instead of the bogus 3000 mile interval that some mechanics recommend. That's the mark of an honest business. This place is awesome and the people there are super helpful and friendly. My hood alarm started going off about 3 years ago mostly when it is cold outside. I replaced it with a new OEM hood latch. It didn't fix the problem. I read online it is an electrical issue. I had another company tell me it was fixed and that they installed a new hood latch, still the same problem. The hood alarm (open hood alert) was going off non-stop for no reason with the hood securely latched. I had a 3rd vendor replace it again after I had hit a deer in January of 2022. They researched the problem and said they fixed it. Still NOT fixed. I decided to take it to JOCO Auto Repair. I told them all the issues we have had. They researched the issue and called me about 3 hours after they got the truck and said they found the issue and it was a grounding cable that someone had moved and connected to an areas it should not have been connected. They said the issue if now fixed. So far it appears to be repaired. Thank you so much JOCO Auto Repair. I want to specifically thank Stevie and Alan. It is hard to find a good repair shop, but every time I am in this place the number of repeat customer that come in is just crazy and all very happy with the work and service of JOCO Auto Repair. Great job. Keep up the great service.

Took both of my cars in on 2 separate days, had the oil changed in both, and both got full diagnostic panels done to make sure they were both in working (and not going to blow up on me) order. Bryan was extremely nice and helpful - explained to me exactly what the team did to my cars and what was recommended but not exactly required. I appreciated the honesty and I walked away feeling like they weren't just trying to take advantage and make money off of either vehicle I brought in. Will definitely be giving them my service again!
