Always a wonderful sale on kids clothes! I recently purchased my rough /tough on everything 3 year old son a pair of birkenstock look alike sandals (so cute!) and they broke after one afternoon of play... I thought I would be out my $16.99 plus the sales tax....bc he wore them outside AND to make matters worse I had lost the receipt! I WAS BEYOND pleased when Eric the Old Navy ninja said no worries and handed me a gift card! I was able to get my money back! Very impressed by their customer service.
