Kollhoff Pharmacy

This place is located on S Washington st. It is very easy to find because of the big sign. The parking lot was large enough.
The inside was very well maintained and had quite a lot of merchandise. The staff here was very good on the phone and in person. I would recommend this place.

Excellent service. Every single person that works there is friendly and helpful. The young lady that does deliveries goes out of her way to make sure you have your medications. She even dropped mine off at an appointment that I was at since I was not home above and beyond! Much better than other pharmacies in town

Great people and great compounded meds!

I have been coming to Kollhoff Pharmacy for items that Dillons or different Walmart Pharmacies didn't have and couldn't find, but Kollhoff Pharmacy could. I switched a couple of my Prescriptions here when they were able to find the Manufacturer that I wasn't allergic to, and for one that was cheaper. As of yesterday, I switched ALL of my Prescriptions to Kollhoff Pharmacy. They are VERY helpful, very kind and patient, call me when there is an issue with one of my Prescriptions, like if they only had half of my Prescription in stock. They have AWESOME Communication! And a bigger drive- thru, so my bigger Prescriptions can fit, and I don't need to park and walk almost a mile to get to the Pharmacy inside a store. I am Handicapped and THAT is VERY important! I would give them 10 stars if I could for going above and beyond to help me fill the Prescriptions that I'm not allergic to. I have A LOT of allergies!

Great staff, great customer service. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll find it and order it for you. I may not know everyone's names, but they always make you feel like family. When walking in to drop off a prescription, you can actually wait for it, and won't take you all night to take it home. Usually, 5 minutes MAX in my experience, even when you can tell that they are swamped. The pharmacists are always friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have, and have given me great advice in the past for my baby girl, my son, who's a toddler, and myself as well. Very knowledgeable!!

Local prescriber here. I called asking about a medication for potential compounding, and Madison was extremely helpful. She dropped what she was doing to research my question, and got back to me quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to send patients here!

Always very friendly and welcoming! Does everything they can do to help you with your medications. Never have to wait more than 15 minutes. Love this small town pharmacy!

I'm biased but I do love the small town pharmacy feel, the friendly staff, good service and the updated space. They do a lot for the community, contribute to family events and love to do right by their staff. Thanks, Kollhoff, for being family to my family.

Always friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The drive thru is very convenient.

They went out of their way to be helpful. I had just changed insurance companies and went to CVS to pick up my meds but they no longer took my new insurance. Kollhoff pharmacy stayed late to fill my meds and were very helpful. They did a great job when I needed them the most.

Very nice and helpful staff! It's really hard nowadays to find a place where the staff goes out of there way to make you feel appreciated and welcome! This will be the only pharmacy I go to from now on thank you Kollhoff

I've worked with "John the Pharmacist" and I can vouch that this guy knows his stuff! Never a complaint from a customer,in fact many only wanted to speak with HIM! If you are looking for not only a Pharmacy, but a staff who is ENGAGED/CONCERNED in your well being, then you have FOUND your Pharmacy folks!

I thought I wouldn't beat the one-on-one attention I'd become used to out of my previous provider. I can't say I did, but Kollhoff sure does the above & beyond which earned them an impressive tied spot.

Very helpful, flexible, easy to work with and they deliver. The only downside is that they're not open as late as some of the big chain pharmacies, but it's worth the tradeoff for such excellent service.

Friendly and knowledgeable, and they are a compounding pharmacy. Access, reliability, and communication is top notch.

They go far and beyond to make you happy if there is a problem they try there best to fix it they seem to be really honest I've been through alot of pharmacy in Cali and kansas and I get treated like a human at dillons they do not show any care as,soon as I walk into kollhoff pharmacy I'm greated as soon as,I am seen in told 10 min and it is,10 min it seems like they do not substitute quality for Time and speed and if gonna take longer than said they offer to bring it to me as this month that I have been using them I can say they go out of there way to make u happy and when I call on the phone I have never been put on hold so I think if your not happy then give this team a chance I think u will agree with me and last they are never understaffed

Wouldn't go anywhere else. The employees are very helpful and the pharmacist are great to visit if you have questions.

My granddaughter was bitten by a brown recluse. When my daughter got the prescription on Sunday evening, every pharmacy was closed. Mr. Kollhoff heard of my daughter's predicament and went above and beyond to help! A huge thank you!!!

Screw the big chains. These folks are friendly and timely. They can get hard to get meds faster than the big chains.
