Panera Bread

It was a great meal. We went there dinner time. Most sweet treats are almost gone. Food was hot and delicious when served. We didn't have to wait too long. Quick service. Staff are nice too. I love their chicken sandwich. Would definitely come back again.

Outstanding lunch! Highly efficient and friendly staff! The building was clean inside and out! The food was the same as any other location and tasted great! 😋 Easy location to get to from the main roads! Not a lot of parking so be ready if you're in a large vehicle! Enjoy!

The bread bowls, and sip club are my fave. The sip club is a great deal, I try to stop by at least 1 time a day on the way home from being out or at work. My favorite soup is the 10 vegetable one.

This location is fantastic. It has an awesome balcony. That’s never crowded most of the time and it’s actually nice and quiet central to the interstate whether you’re going from Johnson County downtown vice versa or to the airport as a lifetime Kansas City resident I come to this location juxtapose Lenexa if I’m in the area because I honestly like it better great staff bathrooms are always clean, sometimes it gets a little crazy but what honestly, what Panera doesn’t get busy on the daily!!

Panera has great bakery products. They have a large variety of high quality bagels and a variety of smears from which to choose. I have not had their quiche options, but they look good. Their sandwiches are distinctive and good quality. Their soups are very good. I am not a coffee drinker, so I cannot speak to that.

The staff was friendly, engaging, helpful, efficient and bilingual. The facility was neat and spotless.

The only weakness of this restaurant is it's location. The neighborhood is less than wonderful. It is problematic to reach from Johnson Drive. Not a terrible location, just not a great one.

Good food but it seems their prices go up every time we eat there.

We enjoyed lunch that included a green goddess Cobb salad with chicken and a roasted turkey & avocado BLT. The food was great and very substantial for lunch. We also got great service from the associate who was circulating throughout the dining area cleaning tables and checking on customers. There's a nice variety of beverages as well, and the iced coffee was excellent!

The bread is so delicious and very generous portions. We both ordered a half sandwich and soup. Turkey bacon bravo is my pick, every time!

It's a real treat to get to eat there a bit expensive but worth it ! Everything is so good !

I ordered a huge meal to be catered for an office meeting this week. I called on the phone and the lady was kind and answered all my questions. And when I picked the meal up today, everything was ready to go, a tall guy with a headset helped me load up my car, and doubled checked everything for me. They did an excellent job and I am grateful for the efficiency of it all! Well done! Thanks so much!

I used their little computer to order when you walk in so it's the 1st time I've ever gone to a restaurant and never spoken to a human but. The food was good

The only complaint I have is that they over cook the bacon every time!!

The gentleman who ran out our curbside pick up order was very sweet. As a general statement, the chicken soup with the French baguette is exactly what the doctor ordered and cured most of the symptoms of this darned head cold I’ve got! Good soup 👌

The food was delicious! The creamy tomato soup was the best bowl at Panera I've ever had. The bread was also fresh and the drink station was clean.

This morning I stopped in for coffee and croissant while running errands. I’d had a fraud alert on my debit card earlier this morning and had replied to my bank’s text alert that the transaction was approved. Well, of course, I go to pay, and my card was declined. I explained the situation to the drive-thru attendant and immediately got on the phone with my bank. Before I could get the main menu prompt, the manager had come by and said they took care of my order for me. It was less than $10, but that kind of customer service just can’t be beat! I didn’t have anyone in line behind me, so I know it wasn’t due to a rush. I really appreciate the team going above and beyond and adding a little kindness to my morning! 10/10!!!

I just had my wisdom teeth out. And I hadn't really planned ahead on what I was going to eat after the procedure. One of my neighbors was going out to grab food and brought me back the Vegitarian Autumn squash soup. Oh Myyyyyy. (George Taki) This soup is amazing. It hit the spot perfectly and didn't irritate the giant gaping holes in my mouth! Thanks Panera!

I had a change to my order and they were very happy to assist me with the change. I always appreciate good customer service and this location gets great reviews by others in my company who order from them. Kudo's to management and staff.

Of course, the food was great. The lady at the drive-through was extremely friendly!

Its been about 10yrs since I've been to Panera Bread, and from what I can remember from that far back, they still have good food. My niece had got the bread bowl and salad, and I choose the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich (half) it was very good.

By far the best Panera Bread we've been to. Everywhere else does not give enough apple chips for every bite, and this location delivered!
