I called the office today and Mr. Kilburn answered the phone. I told him I needed a letter regarding insurance coverage and it was emailed to me promptly! I've always had great service with AAA and this is just another example of how they come through!

Have had AAA since I started driving 40 years ago and I wouldn't own a car without it. I have roadside assistance with my insurance and I still use my AAA before I go to it

Worst insurance company ever do not use this dump company They will deny your claims if you are hit by an uninsured motorist.Yes dump company literally ruined our lives we we are permanently damaged due to an uninsured motorist and instead of helping us they spent tens of thousands of dollars to fight us in court. Never thought I would ever see the day I had to Sue my own insurance company because I'm permanently damaged and they refuse to pay out money. Get rid of this dump insurance company if you have it. I am going to devote part of my life to making sure that nobody uses this dump company So they won't have to have their family and lives ruined like I've had.

FRAUD! Shaun Kilburn will not assist you or answer your questions unless you throw your money and agree not to compare his prices with other insurances. Then, if you agree to it, he will hide all the conditions and charge you for what ever he thinks it right. Good luck with AAA, because they don't have a customer care service.

[EDIT]- I provided all the details to contact, my CC information, my phone number and signed a form for auto pay. Approx. 1 year later, I was contacted by a debt collector and I still have the email conversation with Shaun Kilburn. Utter nonsense!
