We have been with Chapman & Sanders or now known as Chapman & Hogan for a while, but as far as insurance agents go, STAY AWAY from this agency. They don't know the first about customer service because they'll never answer your calls, there is always the same fatigued sounding lady that promises to do things that never seems to happen. One thing for sure is your premium will go up, they'll collect their commission and that's all they're good for.
