Best selection of boots I have ever seen in one store. I ALWAYS have to try on 10 pairs to find something that actually fits and they had them. Sales staff isn't pushy and are very helpful if you ask, so nice for introverts and extroverts.

Prices are very reasonable and if you need it they can order your size for you.

I was very impressed by the variety of inserts at Al's. Both my wife and I have found that the right over-the-counter inserts (not custom made) can provide a surprising amount of additional comfort to whatever footwear you choose.
Al's, as the name states, carries an impressive array of work and recreational shoes and boots. The employees are very knowledgeable, and in the case of my wife's specific needs, willing to direct customers to another store if there is something that is not carried in-house. Excellent service.

They were so helpful and informative! Amazing prices for what I expected and it was so easy to just walk in and try something on.
They also gave great feedback on brands and let me know the warranties for different ones, which made it easier to bring a pair back when there was a defect. I recommend everyone go here!

I went in today to find myself some safety toe boots in a size 14 wide. Within less than 15 minutes I got a great fitting, comfy pair of Keen's that I am very happy with. Thank you to the staff the young lady who helped me was fantastic. Reasonable prices too especially for my size.

Super friendly staff who helped me find the best pair of boots for me and my needs! Definitely be going back for another pair whenever I need them, and will tell friends to go

This is the place for work boots. Wide selection of wide boots. Fireman's boots, waterproof, steel and composite toe. We got 4e size! The widest.

I bought a pair of boots that had a factory defect that left me in tears after a few weeks at work. I took them back and they helped me find a new pair that feel amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff. I’ve always had trouble finding just the right size boot and their selection of wide boots is top notch.

I went in looking to see if they could do a little shoe repair and ended up walking out with a pair of slippers that fit my feet absolutely perfectly. Also their prices are very reasonable. I look forward to going back and getting some work boots.

I love this boot store. They have a huge selection of work boots in all different styles. They also give work receipts for people who work for a company that reimburses shoe costs.
The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Do your self a favor and get a good comfortable pair of boots. You might spend more then you would at Walmart, but your feet will feel the difference You're on your feet every day. Come here. They understand what you need.

I edited some spelling and typos in the above review I posted several years ago. I still go here. Once or twice a year I get new boots for work. I've tried other big names boot companies once or twice, but have always came back here. Those other stores were missing the comfort factor. You walk into Al's and a fitter starts helping you right away. If you just want to browse they back off and let you do your thing. This will always be the best store for work boots, in my oppinion.

I’ve purchased a couple pairs of Keens over the years at this shop and I’m so glad they survived our economic woes.
They have such a great selection of work shoes and boots, so much more than the big box competitors and a friendly knowledgeable staff.
If you want to support a LOCAL store and pamper your feet this is the place!

Absolutely stellar service and an amazing selection and great prices! They also know every boot in there and will tale the time to teach you how to care for your new boots. I'm very pleased with my experience and looking forward to coming back in when I can spend more time browsing instead of walking in 10 minutes before they closed lol, which BTW, they were perfectly fine with and didn't rush me at all

They have a very wide selection of boots and shoes for pretty much anyone! From Steel toes to sandels they got you covered. Plus they are small locally owned!!

Before coming to this store, I visited other mainstream places in search for decent working boots. I would have been better coming to this place from the beginning. They carry a lot more models and sizes than some of other stores. The prices are fair for the quality you're offered. In any case, if you want a place with options, good quality and fair price, search no more. This is it.

Incredibly helpful service, excellent range of safety & hiking boots & shoes, & really competitive prices. Came away with a pair of women's Timberline hiking boots for $90 & a snazzy pair of women's Doc Martin's for $110 - both under the prices quoted from those suppliers.

Really great selection of boots, safety toe boots and shoes, and hiking footwear. The staff was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and giving me the time and space to compare and decide. They had most of the boots I had been looking at online, so being able to compare them on my feet was a huge help in deciding. Most places might have 4 or 5 different work boots, Al's has dozens of safety toe work boots to choose from. The pair I settled on was even a few bucks cheaper than online.

Huge selection of steel toe boots along with carbon toe boots. Great prices and excellent service. I have been buying boots for 30+ years and this was my first visit/purchase from Al's. Ended up buying the most comfortable pair of steel toe boots made by Keen. I will be back for my next pair.
