Arby's

The fries are my favorite part and when I noticed the fries I ordered weren’t in the bag. I called this shop and told them and when I arrived they had TWO orders of fries ready for me, one for me and an extra as an apology. That is customer service at its finest and I really appreciate it. I will always come to this Arby’s.

They are consistent & friendly. I stop by on my way to work & they always get my order correct & hot. Employees seem to stay, so that's probably most of the good. I love patronizing places that are good to their workers.

It may sound odd but it was my first time going to Arby’s & Amanda was kind, patient, & very helpful. The food was awesome and I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Amanda exhibited. I’ll definitely be returning to that location.

I did the drive-through at this Arby's last Friday and ordered two fish sandwiches WITHOUT the buns. When I arrived at the window to pay, the young girl told me she had just walked back to the cooks and made sure they understood the no buns thing. When she handed me the order, she asked if I needed forks to eat it with. I said yes, so she walked all the way across the kitchen to get me two forks. Whoever said youth is wasted on the young? Wish I had gotten her name (but she had blue and red hair, so whoever you were...thanks!)

My dad loves this place. So I try to stop and buy him and Arby's roast beef sandwich when I can. I have celiac disease and cannot eat here but my parents love it.

Very good sandwiches very courteous employees and a good atmosphere for all. Wheelchair acceptable. Thank you for all the good sandwiches. Did I mention the curly q fries. Lol.

The night crew here is always ridiculously friendly and pleasant. When I’m waiting at the window for my food they always chat with me and ask me about my night. The food is fresh and quick. Honestly it’s the best drive thru I’ve been to in awhile. These people deserve raises.

The lady taking my order was very polite and listen to every word I said my food was prepared fast and efficiently I would recommend the Arby's on Johnson Drive to anyone

Woman in drive-through was awesome. (Saturday night). She updated us, even offered a drink while we waited for our order. Haven't had this good of service @ any fast food place in years. Very nice, truly appreciated.

My daughter and I stopped for lunch after an appointment. Very friendly staff. Food was hot and delicious. Small error in our turnovers but they were still yummy!!

We have gone to the Shawnee location the last two weeks and loved their newer sandwiches! This week their cashier was especially sweet and hospitable! He was so nice and kind to my family. Not the usual for a fast food joint. We've made this our newest after church lunch spot.

I love their Bacon ranch turkey and the Harley Quinn hair girl is quick and efficient.

Love the improvements that Arby's has made over the years and dining at different ones in the Missouri area I've seen a lot of improvements on their choices of menu keep up the good work will return again

I don't normally rate fast food places, but this has to be the best Arby's in the tri-state area.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and you can tell they put effort into everything they do. If you want some Arby's, this is the place.

I Love the people there they were on one Accord communication was there to service the customer's fresh hot food and I would recommend to others this particular location

Loved the chicken salad, which they just stopped serving. But fabulous hot ham and cheese sliders! Best bun ever, and I don't even like bread!

The food was delicious and the staff were happy and friendly. It was an enjoyable lunch time experience.

They got the meat! Decently priced and very very good i have been impressed the last couple times. I recommend.
