AT&T Store

The employee who helped me was very friendly. I was there to upgrade my phone, and she got me taken care of and on my way quickly. When I had trouble getting my new phone set up and came back to the store, she was super friendly and helpful, even though it was almost time for them to close. It was exceptional service.

Nate was a wonderful "sales rep". Not sure what their titles are, sorry! But he was a great guy; friendly, handled himself professionally, etc. Can't say enough great things about him. If he's there, I'd rather wait until he's available when possible, because he knows what he's talking about and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. I appreciate that so much more than someone who's just trying to appease you, like one of the other guys who likes to showboat. Please give him a huge thank you! He deserves it!

I went in after I upgraded to the iPhone 15 Pro Max that I purchased online through At&t to get my secondary eSIM up and running. They were busy with the iPhone launch which I fully expected so waiting max 15 minutes was not bad at all. They acknowledged me immediately and put me on the waiting list as soon as they could. I worked with the manager, Justin, and he was awesome. Super funny and knew his stuff. He also went above and beyond on my account to find ANYWAY to benefit me or save me money. He signed me up for the signature discount, got me an and new phone line that was cheaper than my additional prepaid work phone line. 10/10 would work with him again!

I had a weird email that indicated on my AT&T cellphone and wanted to see if it a scam or real. Savannah met me at the door and was absolutely wonderful in her customer service. I left their and told my husband who was in the car how wonderful she was! It was at least a 360 degrees different than my last visit when I left their and swore I would never go back! Savannah was awesome!

Having just switched to ATT cellular we were having some difficulty with account promises and set up. For the 2nd time service representative Ian was awesome!! Both times he addressed the problems and solved our ever arising issues. We're hopeful there won't be a need to return, but if necessary we will, with the confidence Ian will be there to assist!

We walked in and were greeted immediately. All I knew was that I needed a new phone. The help I recieved felt like getting advice from an old friend.

I went in with for a new phone line and several questions. Knowledgeable staff who helped answer all my questions quickly and efficiently. They got my new phone line and phone set up and I was out the door with no time wasted. Awesome service and support.

Everything was fine until we had to submit verification of military service for military discount. We have a copy of my dd214 but it isn’t a very good copy but it’s the one the government sent us! ATT said they wouldn’t accept it and we also sent them a copy of my eligibility for veterans benefits! You can’t be eligible for benefits unless you’re a veteran! ATT wouldn’t accept that document either! We are now going to have to cancel the contract because I refuse to pay more money to them because they won’t give me my discount! It’s all about the money not veterans! Well here’s the update on Veterans benefits as soon as the Government sends me a new copy ATT said to bring it in and I will get the discount so today’s episode worked out well and the staff at ATT went above and beyond to rectify my problems! The staff at Leavenworth were very helpful and patient with me resolving my issues!

These guys are great. Very professional and helpful. They answered all of our questions and took the time to make sure we were taken care of before we left the store. I really appreciate the help Cody and Nate gave us.

We had a great experience with the Leavenworth ATT store. Ian was knowledgeable and a great help with us choosing 2 new phones.

Nate did a great job. Went in to get my son a phone. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he also made sure to include my son as part of the process. Excellent customer service 10/10 would visit again.

This place was fantastic. I've been with Verizon for years but I got tired of my phone dropping calls and I was hesitant about switching but not only have I got better service now than I have switched. The people in the store stayed 2 hours after close just to help me learn how to use my new device. The staff is amazing and deserves higher pay. This is the best cellular store I have ever been in.

I came to this location to see about moving my service over from T-Mobile and had a great experience. Mark, the manager, greeted me promptly and answered all my questions regarding plans, bringing my own device over and getting a new watch. I was set up quickly and was thoroughly educated on the plan, costs and billing expectations. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

We are not frequent phone upgraders. We use them until they break. Went in on a rainy day to see what our options were - Nate(and mark) were the epitome of what that experience should be like. Additionally, they had a great sense of humor and worked well through the lulls of waiting on technology. So if you’re mean and impatient, go to Verizon. Nate(and mark) were always two steps ahead of our questions, calculating the costs and having the options all laid out. Setup of our phones and wifi was a breeze. Kudos Leavenworth AT&T.

Called in advance to verify they had the accessory I wanted. When entering the store, there were many people patiently waiting to be served. One sales associate greeted me with a welcome and someone will be with me shortly. It is Christmas time and was a Saturday as well. I easily found the accessories I needed and took a seat as well. Looking around, I was very happy to see this location has the bill pay and self purchase kiosk. I made my purchase and departed. My only suggestion would be.... I didn't know about these kiosks and it looks like a big touch screen ATM with a simple AT&T logo on the top of it and an AD on the screen. I'd make the AD on screen say self checkout/Bill Pay and maybe even a sign on top of it.

The staff in the store went above and beyond for my needs. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have a lot or time.. they helped resolve my billing issue by helping me call into customer support. And because I was on my lunch break they made sure things were to point & resolved in a timely manner.
