UWM Kenilworth Square Apartments & Guest Housing

Lived on the 6th Floor in a two bedroom upgraded room (upgraded means a wash and dryer added to the apartment). Wasn’t a bad place to live. But there were no windows in the kitchen, living room, or bathroom. Just the one pictured in the bedroom. The view was other peoples bedroom windows haha. Not that much sunlight reached my room, my plants almost died. Also the floor in the living room and kitchen was hard concrete. I mean overall the place was nice considering the other options for living in Milwaukee and you get a full size bed, desk/chair, a closet area with shelving, and island with two chairs in the kitchen. Also a plunger and toilet brush are included in the bathroom. I’m just posting the things I didn’t know about before moving in and being nit-picky.

I lived here for 3 years, and I have ALWAYS been pleased. For the time I have been here in KWS, I was contented and gratified with the easiness and quality of help I get from staff, including urgent and late requests like extended family visits as will as early apartment change. These apartments have will equipped kitchens and bedrooms, and the building is quite all the time. KWS also has front desk, security routine check, and events during the year. Very recommended.

You will love this place. Kind staff for 24-hours front desk service. Super clean and comfortable apartments. Great location in the town. The only concern may be the price.

Cool building with amenities. I would say the residence in general could be cleaner but cool.
