Great place to buy a great pair of boots! They stand behind them as well! I had a pair of boots that failed after about 3 months and they gave me a 100% refund store credit to replace them! I have bought at least half a dozen boots here over the years and have only had one poor experience.

I bought a pair of boots today that were tagged at $134.99 but the register came out at $144.99. The cashier was not friendly and made me retrieve the boots with the tag to prove my previous statement, after she rudly turned the box around gestering at the different price tag on the box. No apologies from her or any thing, but did honor the displayed price.

If it wasn't for the many years of great service and on that day, the person in the back was exceptional while helping me find the right boot, I would have left without buying the boot due to her behavior alone.

As this is hopefully just an new outlier, I would still recommend shopping here.

I always enjoy going to Vanderbilt's to look around. I love the leather smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door!

Best boots I've ever worn bought from there by employer.

Had a nice selection of kids jeans. It was refreshing see them open and unmasked. I had not been shopping in their store for over a year as they thought they were the mask police. Had been getting everything I needed elsewhere (Hello Boot Barn). However, needed pants for a kiddos and thought I would give them another chance. Hope they continue to allow their customers the freedom to enter without a mask. We would love to be able to do our Christmas shopping with them again.

One of the few places in town that has good variety in pants. They have a good amount of kids clothes too - the only pair of jeans that have held up without holes in the knees! The staff is usually very friendly and helpful as well.

The had big selection and great service. They also had sales on many different styles of boots as well as wool socks coming in to this cold time of the year.

Very nice store. We went in for special work boots and the employee's were extremely kind, helpful & knowledgeable. The parking lot kind of sucks (a bit cramped) when it's busy. Nice place though.

Great selection. I have bought all my boots from Vanderbilt's for the last 10 years. Never disappointed. Staff is helpful, courteous and efficient. Prices are reasonable for name brand boots. They have a decent hunting section and some decent leathers also. Knives, buckles, hats, gloves. I enjoy shopping at Vanderbilt's. Great environment.

Customer service was awesome. Had an issue with a pair of boots. I found a new pair and they replaced the amount I spent on the first pair cause I ended up going with a different brand. I love my new Dry Shods. Would recommend Vanderbilts to anybody. Love you guys. Thanks!!!

The Young lady that assisted me yesterday was spectacular. She sure knew her product. And assisted me every way shape and form.

I was looking for cold weather boots and have very hard to fit feet. The employee who helped me was very patient and willing to think outside the box. After trying on a ton of shoes I did finally find a pair. On clearance even. Will definitely be back.

I went in not sure what I was looking for and before I left I had not one, not two, but three people working to make sure I had the right boots for the job and the right size to keep them comfortable. With that kind of service I will be back and I dont care if I pay a bit more but by the looks of it I even got a deal on these boots.

Excellent sporting goods and western clothing store. On a Friday evening, they saved my last Goose hunting trip ! Having issues getting my out of state permit. Three male employees came together and went over the top of service to get me the permit and stamp I needed. Even working shortly after hours. I would not have been able to be in the blind before sunrise without their help. On my way home I stopped back. Receiving great customer service, I purchased a vest and winter coat.

I try to do all my boot shopping at Vanderbilt's in Salina Ks. The employees are good to work with and have a great selection of boots and shoes to pick from.

The service and selection was great. Matt 2as able to help a lot for my wife and her first pair of boots.

Excellent resource for Western Wear and apparel. Great selection of boots. Super Service. Always courteous and nice. Convenient location near Interstate..

We buy all of our shop work boots / shoes here, they have the brands we want at good prices and we don't have to put up with pushy sales people like most shoe stores.

This place is amazing I've been here twice and the employees are great they helped me find a pair of boots and I got amazing pair Durangos
