On a scale of 1-10 my experience with H&R Block is 10+. 2023 is my second year using the same location and I am satisfied for the second year in a row. Looking forward to coming again in 2024. Thank you H&R Block

My Tax Pro i sat with Rhonda Crute she was very professional and lively and for being 9 in the morning she was happy and nice and just easy to talk to she did my taxes in a timely manner and we had a few jokes told she made me want to come back just to talk to her. She should definitely get a raise.

Fast and easy. But a bit unreasonably priced. James Brewer jas been doing my taxes for years and I've never had any issues. He takes his time where he needs to, but gets the job done quickly. And there's been times where I've forgotten important info but he's patient and reasonable about everything.

I appreciate Bates Dyer and his thorough preparation of our taxes, as well as his professional advice for the best return, in spite of the fact that we owed the IRS quite a bit of money. Mr. Dyer pointed out to us that we were not having enough money taken out for Social Security, and this is the reason we have had to pay such a large tax bill for the past two years. Mr. Dyer was very personable and worked on our taxes in an expeditious amount of time. He also stayed in communication with us, when there were any questions or issues to be resolved. I would highly recommend this tax professional.

The day I called I got right in. Renate did my taxes last year. And she did them this year as well. I love this lady! She's the reason I decided to do them again at H&R Block.

Bates Dyer's knowledge and professionalism. He takes us through the entire return, explaining all of the numbers, so that we understand everything in the return. He's been doing our taxes for several years and we trust him completely.

I’ve been using H&R Block (HRB) for the past 7 years, specifically since we bought a house and turned it into a rental property. Each location was consistent with professionalism and solid knowledge when it came to tax codes.

The man that did my taxes James brewer has been doing them for years he is awesome he explains everything to where I can understand and always been awesome and a great guy I will not let any one else do my taxes.
