They presented multiple options, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and gave me time to make the right decision. Cannot say enough good things about Trout plumbing! We had a leak through our living room ceiling on a Saturday night. Kyle came out within 30 minutes and fixed the problem at a fair price. He was professional and knew what he was doing! I called at least five other plumbers who just told me to turn my water off until Monday. Will definitely use again and we have already hired him for more work.

Trout Plumbing was very friendly and professional! They had a very valid reason for having to adjust my appointment date and communicated effectively the entire time. Even the day of the appointment Kyle called multiple times to let me know their status and ETA. When they arrived to evaluate the issue they performed the fix the same day because they were unsure when they would be able to fit me into the schedule to repair the issues later on. I felt comfortable and safe with them in my home. Would highly recommend!

DTE shut off the gas due to a minor leak at one of my listings. Kyle was quick to respond and provide an estimate for repairs. When he uncovered an even bigger issue he stopped working and explained everything to my client and me and provided a new estimate. He then stayed into the late evening (job had started at 10a) to get everything done so we could get the gas turned back on! The DTE inspector was quick to point out what a great job Kyle had done with the repairs! I will definitely be recommending Trout Plumbing to my real estate clients and calling for myself when I need a great plumber.

Amazing and honest service! Kyle came out to fix a gas leak on my stove. An attachment cracked while the repair was occurring. Kyle made it right immediately with no hassle. Hard to find this kind of service in this day and age. Strongly recommended!

He and his cousin Jacob fixed the issue within an hour, patiently answered all of my questions, and even took a careful look at my broken-down dishwasher free of charge. Kyle was able to come out within a day and quickly bring our gas dryer connection up to code and connect our new dryer. He even brought our old washer up from the basement for us.

He also pointed out an issue with our utility sink, which I appreciated. Very quick and professional work!
