Five Guys

This Five Guys location deserves more than 5 stars. I was impressed immediately. We arrived early and the gentleman that unlocked the doors greeted us and held the door. We sat down at a table waiting for another person to join us. The same gentleman came to our table after about 5 minutes to be certain we were not waiting for table service. As you know, they do not have table service. I thanked him and told him we were waiting on someone. The same gentleman took our orders at the counter a few minutes later. He was extremely polite, detailed, and genuinely friendly. The entire staff was friendly and seemed to be very happy to be working there. The food was perfect, every sandwich was made to our specifications, everything was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean, orderly, well stocked, and comfortable. There is plenty of parking near the front doors.
You need to try this Five Guys location. I think you will like it as well.

I love going to this five guys restaurant! Everyone that works there is so nice, and their food is ALWAYS the best!! And I love all the fries they give you!

the best burgers in KC without going to a dine in restaurant. There are additional toppings for your sandwich. I believe that their fries are the best in town. I would recommend. I recommend you sharing a large with two to three people. It's an overabundance for one person. They cook your sandwiches to order. Another thing I like is they have salted peanuts to snack on while you wait a great place to eat.

I was helped promptly, and with a smile. Nicholas was easy to get along with, got my order entered super fast, and I was handed a bag minutes later with a smile and a "have a great day!" The burger was delicious, and the fries tasted as quality as always. The best burger you can get that's ordered off a wall. Will be back sooner than I'd like to admit.

Great burgers fast service clean dining room and kitchen area. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Five guys is very consistent with the quality of their product and training of the friendly and efficient staff. Today I see that small fries have been added to the menu something I suggested since I first discovered this burger chain. Overall a pleasant experience and tasty meal.

Great place to get a good old fashioned tasty burger. Definitely recommend you try their Cajun style fries.

Pleasant Staff!!

Staff was friendly. We brought our whole family here to try this and were pleased with the food, but most of all the staff was friendly! Answered all the questions we had.

What is there not to love about Five Guys. Super friendly service and one of the best burgers in Town.

Most of us have had five guys by now, so nothing new to really report on the taste.

Location is good, parking can be a little tight depending on the vehicle you are driving. It’s in a somewhat busy ish area with a lot of other choices around it.

Service, I’ve never really had an issue. I never sat down and ate inside, just order online, pickup and go. The food pretty much as been ready by the time I’ve arrived, so I can’t comment or complain on other issues other may experience.

Price, we all know things are going up everywhere. So, for a bacon cheeseburger and large fries, it’s about $20, no drink included. But the food is good and tasty. That’s up to you if it’s expensive or not, but it is cheaper alternative if you want but may not taste as good. Your choice.

This was my first time here. The cheeseburger was delicious! The best meat I've ever tasted for fast food. Loved the home fries.

Had a delightful conversation with one of the employees while waiting on my food. I had arrived just in time to fix an error I had made in the online order, which they changed without hesitation. They staff is always great, the lobby is always clean and everything seems well maintained. I love coming here to pick up our burgers. Now the just need to go back to their old app and it will be truly perfect.

Update 11-18-2022: Still awesome food and the ladies working the lunch shift are awesome. Always have great burgers. Always super fresh as you can watch them grill your burger and put on the veggies right in front of you, nothing is hidden. Always amazing and 95% of the time the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Sometimes there's the unhappy worker but I usually only ever see them once and never see them again.

Burger was fresh, juicy and hot. Fresh cut fries weren't too soft.

I get my orders to go. The atmosphere in all 5 guys is kind of boring and weird. The food and service are excellent though.

Ordered a double cheeseburger all the way.
They even offered grilled jalapenos, a well needed addition to my behemoth burger.

What can I say, it's like a beachside-wedding in my mouth. So enjoyable, it's a completely different experience than every other burger.
Except in-n-out when you get a double-double animal style, with chopped Chiles.
Love me some McDonald's and BK tho no disrespect intended

The burgers are really good. A small French fry is enough to feed 2 people. Everything just tastes good. Any toppings you want on your burger, and they give you a choice of what size, baby to a double. Adequate seating to eat there. Workers are friendly and very helpful.

Under-rated, this place.

Fries: my favorite kind. Never under-seasoned.

patties: never over or under done, never too fatty or lean. Mouthfeel 10/10

Toppings: They know the difference between grilled onions and onions that got hot on a grill. The veggies are always done right, and when the ratios of mayo/else is correct.

The fickleness of the coca-cola freestyle machine is not their fault. they stink universally. But they never have a problem with me going to the counter to get my pick. I appreciate it.

Wow. Hadn’t eaten 5 Guys in quite some time—Honestly, forget about it for some reason. Glad we thought about it tonight! Ordered two burgers and a small fry online. Order was ready shortly after the estimated time. Hot & delicious & served with a smile! Fries were the best I’ve had in sometime. It’s hard to get fries carried out that aren’t limp or soggy. These were crispy and perfect!! Will plan to return more often. Thank you!!

This five guys has a pretty solid staff 90% of the time I've been to this location. Not only in food quality but in customer service as well. I gave the gentleman who helped me a pretty hefty and detailed order and he got ever detail perfect, even with all the noise and a mask! He was friendly and very welcoming. Keep up the good work guys, love this location so much
