Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went there a few months ago, there was a fight in the drive thru, then the guy looked me dead in the eyes while handing me a mountain dew after he had just asked if I ordered Dr Pepper (I did). He proceeded to give me chicken strip with rice after I ordered a chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes. 10/10 Popeyes experience, would recommend 👍

I actually love Popeyes Louisiana kitchen Chicken it was very tasteful warm and very respectfully delicious 😋🤤 I love eating hair because it's fast and convenient to get to this place when I'm walking from Broadway Ave and Murdock Street me and my friends are here all time it is the best place for the best chicken on North Broadway Ave to be exact North Broadway avenue and 10th Street thanks again Popeyes..!!!

Unsure what time they close on Sunday. 6:50pm was the time we ordered. Got home and there was more breading on tenders then chicken, so hard when biting into it made inside our mouth hurt. Didn't get what was ordered neither. If this was my first time it would be my LAST. Pic below is breading from 5 tenders.

Picked up a family meal to go, I wish I could add more than one Tackle box with the $6.00 promo through the app. Instead, I placed three separate orders for the additional tackle boxes. The gentleman was super chill about it. He did make sure it wasn't an accident, which was very nice of him. They were speedy to get all my orders togo. The staff was very professional and friendly. I usually drive out of my way to come to this Popeyes location.

What can I say you can't beat Popeye's Chicken always good chicken. Service wasn't bad didn't wait long which surprised me. I've eaten at Popeyes many times over the years and normally stand at the counter forever but the last few times they've stepped up their counter service. I don't do drive-thru too much I like to go inside even when I'm getting to go. Chicken was great packaging was great service was also good stuff.

Clean restaurant and staff is very nice! Chicken was good too!

The food was delicious and it was out to me in no time. They were very polite and friendly and they deserve a bigger tip than what I gave them!

This was the freshest, best tasting popeyes I've I've been too! I had the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles & mashed potatoes. The sandwich was fresh, they gave me a side of 6 pickle slices to add to my sandwich. The mashed potatoes were piping hot so I couldn't eat them for 10 min but that was awesome since there no dining room. Potatoes were still super hot when I got home!

It's Popeyes. Food-wise, know what you're getting. Of the locations on the west side, I've had the best overall experience here. There is rarely a line, orders are filled quickly and accurately, and I've never had a problem with item availability, all three of which can be hard to say about the other locations on this side of town.

The chicken is worth the cost. It's always hot and juicy! They also have a 2 piece and a biscuit for free if you take the survey. The drinks are little much but they're also larger. I rated it 5 stars though because they always get my food out fast and smile.

That sandwich is amazing!! The only complaint I have is the wait at every Popeye's, and yet it's soo worth it. Try that sandwich just once, I get mine without mayo and they have never messed my order up even once. That brioche bread, I may have to go get another!!! Haha!!

If your a girl that has a hard time putting it all in them special places Popeyes is the way of the future. Cheap, made fresh spicy or original they both taste good. 8 mix pieces of chicken $11.99 wow. Yes you can have it delivered. Wheelchair accessible, pubic restrooms. Free parking.

I've always loved Popeyes chicken and red beans and rice. This time was no different. The guy who Waited on us was very friendly and patient.

It was good but I was disappointed disappointed in the 1st day shift manager and whom I haven't seen in a while but they had got my order wrong and I talked to the 2nd manager who was there And he told me to come back tomorrow and he will straighten out everything but when I came back when I came back it was the other manager and I thought it was him and I told him my name who I was and he didn't know who I was which I was not disappointed I realized it wasn't him so I told him what transpired and and he gave me the look as if I was lying and I wanted something free II never take anything For free being the black man that I earned my keep but I was disappointed and I said never again what I let this happen and what you told me next time bring the chicken back mine you I work in Newton Kansas and every day I go to work I stop by popeye's popeye's for you to get my food and eat on the way to work on the highway but I was very disappointed but I was very disappointed but out of it all I happened to see the 2nd managerHe had let him know that it was us that he was talking about hes talking about so I hope the 1st day shift managed to realize everybody worked for a living as well

I don't know what has happened this used to be my least favorite Popeyes but they have done a lot and they have really turned things around there and I happen to enjoy going there now for my food

I really like the customer service the people back there are very friendly and always so kind and helpful. Sometimes they can be a bit slow but I never had them give me the wrong order. The only downfall to this place is the location it's not a very great neighborhood and sometimes you can see some weird things or people out the window

Couldn't get their new famous chicken sandwich that's drove people in U.S.A. half crazy since they added it to the menu, but their chicken was very good. Went through drive thru & everything went smooth & quick, the lady at the window was also friendly & cordial.

The manager spam is a great guy. Give that man a raise. Costumer service is on point and cares about the customer experience. Great service!
