Tall Grass Windows and Doors

I would leave a zero but that’s not an option to review Bill Roche and his company Tall Grass Windows and Doors. I will never do any business with them nor will anyone I know. They are a terrible company to do business with and will not warranty a product that they sold. They will make excuses about the product and anything else so that the blame for the inferior product does not fall on them. Shortly after this Bill decided to inspect the product and still said it wasn’t his problem and that the problem that was with the door is normal. I informed him that every other door guy said that it wasn’t normal. Then he yelled at me and called me some high quality names. He then left and then after i called him to find out if they were intending to repair and or replace this door he hung up on me. I hope this review gets to the entire community so the tallgrass window and door company begins to take notice that the customer is not always right but you still have to stand behind the product that you are selling. This has been lost on Bill and Tall Grass. And you have lost a customer for life.
