She is HANDS DOWN the BEST divorce/child custody lawyer in Kansas. She is a no-nonsense type person who really takes charge. She can seem arrogant as another person stated on here, but that is simply because she has done this for so long and knows EXACTLY what she is doing and what you should be doing. There is no attorney in Wichita that is worth their weight in gold as she is. I will forever be thankful that we hired her and our children will be as well!

Kathleen is the best of the best!!! She listened to every concern I had. She told me all my options and how they could turn out. She is worth all of her knowledge! She made my custody battle nice and smooth. She fights for you not against you!! I can't thank her enough!

Called to cancel my appointment 3 hours before hand. Two weeks to reschedule. Got a new appointment with a different attorney for the next day.

She was my ex ‘s lawyer, while defending him she talked to my lawyer and affected her hugely. She basically bought my lawyer i m sure, because while i was totally the abused one and the victim in my marriage, my ex with this lawyer harmed me hugely. Most likely she made him planned every details before the trial, His bank accounts transferred to some other accounts and seemed we, as family were in negative balances so these were calculated as family expenses and at the end I ended up owing money to my ex. Be careful with her. She does every single thing, lies and all to get you. She my ex together with my ineffective lawyer, they made my life turned around and left me sick.

If you have a lot of time and money, this is the divorce lawyer for you. I didn't have either. I'd give a lower score if possible. Paid what she asked. Still no court date after 1st appearance and a motion that didn't stop my ex. from selling and giving away my belongings. I imagine she's over booked. Over +6,000. in billing and nothing settled. Been to mediation and no court date to speak of.

Difficult to work with. Very arrogant. She did not listen to my concerns, and any time I called her to ask a question, she wanted to meet with me instead of addressing my concern on a phone call. I think she did that to add to her billable hours on my case.
