Maize Splash Park

This was a nice shady little spot. Some really good picnic tables, little barbecues you can use, a playground, a small splash pad area and a pull-through that is doubling as a ballet stage this particular day and is really working out great. A really nice little performance of Alice in Wonderland put on by Metropolitan Ballet Wichita. Really great. Thank you!

Had a nice relaxing time. Brought my son and the dog. There is covered seating with picnic bench and table.

I found this splash park to be clean, well organized & fun for everyone. I was there to capture some product photos & videos. It is connected to a playground as well. The hours were reasonable. The only issue I really found was that it's shut off after Labor Day. I understand that most places like this shut down then; however, it is still warm enough here to keep it open. Plus not all kids are school age yet.

The kids had fun. It was clean and had more fun water sprayers than the one on South Maize. The playground next to it was also large with lots of play equipment. This will be our go-to from now on.

We always have a blast here every time we come! Free, and has some shaded picnic tables for parents to sit in the shade and watch their kids play. Also has the shade from the water tower too, so by the hottest point of the day, the water park is mostly shaded. Great place to play and they have a playground too. We love to play there while we dry off in the summer sun. Love it!

Shredded tire instead of mud or sand so even though it rained last night, the playground was perfect for the two little babes to play on! I like that the big kid equipment and the little kid requirement are separate, but close, so I can keep an eye on everyone at once. Shaded picnic tables and shade trees were nice when the sun came out.

Nice clean park with plenty to keep the youngsters occupied. Also nicely shaded in spots to get out of the sun, of needed. The water side wasn't running but probably the wrong season.

This is a great location! Very fun for kids or the whole family! They have great seating around the splash pad as well as nearby playground for the kids. My daughter really enjoyed the close playground. I recommend this location for a fun afternoon of splashing and playing!

Fun, interactive water features good for all ages. Plenty of covered picnic tables along with uncovered benches. Air-conditioned restrooms are surprisingly clean. There is a free electric vehicle charging station in the parking lot.

Its a good little place. My nephews, there cousins, brothers, all loved going there. They enjoyed the splash pad and the park as it was perfect weather. My sister and I enjoyed watching them all having fun under the spilling water buckets.

Great splash park with a playground right next to it. The bathrooms were clean, the park has a fence around most of it so it feels really safe with young kids. They have a couple picnic tables under a shade awning and benches for parents to sit while watching the kids play.

Luv this splash park… lots of stuff to play in the splash pad and the park. Lots of setting area and shade , clean bathrooms….

My boys love playing at this splash pad. It has nice benches and picnic tables both under shade and in the sun. Bathroom is very close by if needed!

Our grandson had a time of his life. He really wants to go back. As a reward for his excellent behavior and getting all his homework assignment completed on time we will be taking him back this week.

Maize Spash Park is a little bubble of cool water to beat the summer heat, parents and children playing and laughing, and peace!!! It's a great place for families to have fun and get wet together!!! There are playgrounds, and restrooms with baby changing stations.

Well maintained, fun water elements and the park has lots of different play equipment to keep the kids entertained.

Lovely park with things to do in the water and just a regular playground. They also have small picnic areas designated, so you can bring food and spend a good time here.

Good place to cool the kids down. Great park facilities including bathroom and small play Park area. Very clean also.
