Ashley Store

This store has a great selection room of furniture for all rooms! We had an amazing gal named Peyton helping us. She was so patient as I had to ho back and forth trying furniture multiple times. It was an awesome experience snd we will ship there again! We purchased a 3 piece living room set and rug along with a new mattress!

Caleb was outstanding. He was courteous, helpful, and really listened to what we were looking for and found it. We had gone to several others but were very unhappy with either the deal ( trying to say it was only for the day) or the salesperson that was just rude. Caleb went well above and beyond helping us and we really appreciated it. Thank you Caleb Campbell.

Ashley West was a very comfortable location. I was looking for a number of pieces and found so many options I was delighted with the choices I found. The sales personnel were very helpful and considerate. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

We were looking for pictures and decor. Found a huge beautiful picture at closing time it was delivered to our home. The young man who delivered it was very pleasant and patient as I opened the box to make sure the picture was not damaged. I appreciated his kindness and he did not make me feel like as if I was causing him to be delayed.

Caleb was our salesman. Honestly it didn't even feel like he was a salesman, he was so nice and patient not just with me but with my kids too. It just felt like I was talking to a friend about getting a table and he was telling me how great his is. 10/10

My husband and I are repeat Ashley Furniture customers. Michele is wonderful & we couldn’t say enough great things about her. But tonight she was busy as we wondered around. Andy was helpful with questions but Ethan F ultimately was available when we were ready. Ethan was patient and very helpful. A really great experience again. We’ll be back!

Bailey went out of her way to help my family find furniture we needed for our new home. She helped entertain my toddlers and was so patient and kind with us. She did not pressure us to buy right away and made sure to take care of us. She was sweet, cheerful, and positive through it all! Thank you, Bailey!!!

We had a great experience with Dee at Ashley Furniture on West 21st. We purchased a sofa and loveseat with her help. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Dee explained everything including the optional protection plan. We can't wait to get our new furniture-it will be delivered and set up in about a week!

After visiting another furniture store, I went to Ashley Furniture and found exactly what I was looking for. I needed 2 of the same recliner and Ashley Furniture had both in stock saving me a wait time of 6-8 weeks to special order 2. The sales person was courteous and knowledgeable! I will shop here again!

We looked at several different items & settled on an End Table & Coffee Table. There was 2 chairs we will probably go back & get. Payton was very knowledgeable and engaging about the items we were interested in. She is a great asset in my opinion.

Caden and the folks at Ashley were top notch. Had a weird situation that needed a lot of attention and Caden took great care to think outside the box and get me what I needed. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Will be back!

Stopped in looking for a new mattress. We were assisted by Bailey who was very helpful at helping us understand what they had to offer. They had a nice selection to choose from and we were able to find a mattress that we liked.

Dee was so very accommodating and gave us plenty of time to choose. Breck also was such a great help with delivery set up
