Orkin does a great job with the flea treatment they provide. They're very thorough and get the job done. Their flea treatment is very effective. Their call center is very professional and helpful. It's our second time hiring them and if we ever have another issue with pests we will 100% be calling Orkin. We liked Don so much we requested to have him do our treatment the second time. He's nice and has a great attitude.

The team that inspected and treated our home was very courteous and knowledgable. I was impressed by the initial inspection and consultation and felt assured we were in good hands. The service was done with the least amount of disruption, and was very thorough.

Our representative, Doug, is a very polite Orkin employee. He is competent when servicing our property, and flexible when we have had to change our plans last minute to adjust treatment area. He is confident with pest control and answers all questions about the work he performs.

My technician, Doug, is so professional while being so respectful of my home. Always concerned about anything happening between visits so he can remedy. I have been using Orkin for almost 15 years. I used the service in TN, after switching from a “popular” exterminator that was a waste of time. When I moved to Kansas in 2018, I had a few ants, wasps and spiders and orkin was my first call, but I was a bit hesitant, because I thought their services may not be as good as I previously received in TN. I was wing - they are absolutely wonderful, and they get the job done extermination and preventive treatments. In the past year, I brought a Meyer lemon plant indoors for the winter, and truthfully I had never seen so many flies ever - they were disgusting, and I could not get rid of them. I called Orkin, they came and did their job, and I was not disappointed! These folks have this down to a science - I am so thankful because I hate bugs and creepy crawlers. You can’t go wrong with Orkin!!

Doug always does such a thorough job and we are very thankful for the time he takes. He is very friendly and always asks if we have any concerns and addresses them immediately. We have had others from Orkin come in and spray and they are done so quickly that I wonder if they did enough. I never worry with Doug!

Our service tech, Luis, is the best! He's extremely informative and always willing to help, anyway he can. He takes the time to listen to our concerns, and offers great tips/advice on how to best address our issues. The detailed reports at the end of each visit are appreciated, as well!

when we were not getting the results we wanted from the over the counter stuff we have been buying the past few months we decided it was time to seek professional help! I called orkin about 1:00pm TODAY and they had me scheduled N at my residence within a couple hours! Jeffrey came out spoke to me about what he was doing and did his thing! First of all, the people taking the original phone call are absolutely wonderful. Then Steven comes, tremendously helpful, thorough And has a great sense of humor. I learned a lot. I feel much better that I will not have to deal with these issues for much longer because they will follow up with the services. Also they offered other services that I might need. Thank you!

Tomas was very polite and incredibly professional. He was able to explain the process for next steps in a way that mad complete sence the first time. He also worked diligently and was not distracted by anything or anyone in my home. I would contact them again if I needed their services in the future.

Being on fixed income the price is a little high for me and have to go without some things.
A 1 time visit I understand but I'm a continual client and had some medications denied by my insurance. So I may have to stretch my visits to every 3 months.
But I'm very very pleased with your service and I have been recommending you to others.

They did the basic prevention services to combat against pests after we moved in our new home & continue by monthly services to prevent any pests..my family has always trusted orkin for decades. They are awesome. Customer service & professionalism is top notch. I definitely recommend Orkin.

It was great. Our Orkin man is very knowledgeable in regards to our changing insect needs. We live in the country and recently had a rodent problem. Our Orkin man was prepared to handle that as well. He's professional and trustworthy and mindful of our pets in the home.

When I let a relative stay with me for a couple of months, my home became totally infested with roaches. I called Orkin and by the third treatment all I needed was just a perimeter treatment every other month, and that was over a year ago. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Not only was the quality great, but the gentleman was very polite and informative. Not to mention that the cost was extremely reasonable.
