Nice group...first time in, brought in some old jewelry and they gave a fair value on the items. Showed me some silver bars that I ended up buying. Well versed in the trade. Neat place to visit if you are interested in coins and precious metals. Will definitely visit again.

I went to sell silver and gold, different types of jewelry. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful, he seemed to be very knowledgeable. I feel that what they offered me was fair, and I excepted their offer and sold the items they would purchase. Some items I had were plated and they do not take plated items, they need to be solid of the types of metals that they are made from. Overall it was a quick and pleasant experience. I had noticed a Jonny cash record he had which sparked an awesome conversation with even more awesome stories. I could sit and chat with him for hours. I've been buying and (rarely) selling at Heartland for about 8 years. I've probably visited them 100 times. They have ALWAYS treated me very well. I have found their prices to be very fair. I check spot price just before I leave the house to buy - their prices are always just over spot (of course they have to charge a bit of premium to make a little profit). The staff have always been extremely nice, honest, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Heartland!

The staff at Heartland is amazing and very friendly! We have traded in gold, silver and diamonds. Quick and easy. I have also had my wedding set remounted along with diamond earrings built and they did a fantastic job! Definitely recommend.

I have used this place for years and buy years I mean like a decade.....yes they have a very nice spacious location they were there way before Cabelas and other additions made....but they treat u Right the First time and Everytime u come in you get a feeling like seeing a Friend Ryan the owner is great guy with a heart of actual .999 gold. Stop in as soon as u can I only suggest and recommend this place !!!!!!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They weren't able to help us. However, they were absolutely honest and professional, but not snobby. They gave us suggestions & genuinely helped us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

First visit was today. Brought in about 200 coins and 15 pieces of silver flatware and dishes. We reviewed each piece in detail and discussed the good and bad (if any) points on each item. We then discussed value and price. Very knowledgeable.
