Karg Art Glass

Very cool place to visit! It was very fun getting to walk around the gallery where they have unique pieces from various artists available for purchase. Watching the artists there make their pieces was a neat experience! I will have to return for a class!!

One of the finest galleries in Kansas, just northeast of Wichita, in Kechi at Oliver and 61st Street North. This collection is mind blowing with all of the stunning blown glass from Rollin Karg and his staff, as well as a number of other creations from talented artists from all over. There’s so much to admire and shop for here besides the amazing glass, including metal sculptures, jewelry, and ceramics. There are times you can visit and watch the staff at work on a blown glass project, and there are workshops offered to learn the incredible craft. I give my highest recommendation to all residents and visitors of Kansas to check out Karg Art Glass.

Had a great time, glassblowing! Aaron was very informative while teaching us! Would recommend for anyone! It'll definitely be a tradition from now on.

We visited Karg Art Glass last May when we were celebrating our 29th anniversary. My wife and I and a couple of friends all had a great time. I think we may start going back periodically to make more ornaments for the tree. We just put them up for the first time and I had to say something. They look great and remind me of the good time we had together.

Great variety of art on display for sale. I had the experience of blowing my own ornament. Can't wait to get the piece! I think it's the largest variety of art I've seen in one location.

We went and blew our own glass ornaments as a company holiday event and we had a wonderful time. The staff was cheery and helpful and eager to help. The artists were fun and informative and even went so far, in one case, as to select a more custom glass color for one of our group to get the effect that they wanted. All in all, well worth the $37 price tag and now I have a beautiful reminder hanging on my tree. I will definitely be back soon!

Beautiful gallery featuring local artists. designs and glass art available for purchase at all price points. Appointments available to allow you to design and make your own design with an artist (who does the really hard part, so rest assured you won't mess it up).

Our daughters gave us a gift certificate so that we got to "blow" our own Christmas ornaments. We were very pleased with the activity and the results.

I don't know about you but, I LOVE glass art since I could remember. I have always wanted to take a class, watch how it's done from the pros; and give it a shot
Tomorrow I get to do just that. The only thing that makes it better is I get to share this cool experience with my son. .......

Took one of the glass fusion classes with a friend about a month ago. It was a fantastic experience! We were the only two there for the class, but Susan was super helpful and gave some advice here and there where needed. The pieces came out looking great! I plan to go back for some of the glassblowing and possibly more of the fusion classes!

This is the best gallery of blown glass in Kansas. Everything is simply stunning. While somewhat expensive, I would recommend this place if you want beautiful glass pieces, want to blow your own ornamant, or simply just want to look around

Had an absolute blast. Loved looking through the gallery. I will say. Summertime or hot days probably not a good idea, but cooler days, this is a must for outings.

I never knew about this place until a friend took me to make a pumpkin. Amazing place that I will have to return to with my daughter. Amazing artisan artists and work.

Friendly customer service and lots of great art! Neat place to visit!! It was great to see some of the work they did up close. The artisans were very friendly and answered all our questions. They were more than happy to give us some insight into what they do and didn't mind being watched at all. NOTE: make sure to be there early to mid-morning to be able to see what they do. If you get there too late you may miss out on a lot of what they can do.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. My family and I came in to blow our own ornaments and had a great time. Great experience!
