Great communication and staff was very helpful! Also delivery was prompt!! Definitely thought I was getting brand new set so that kind of upset me that I had to vacuum it out and saw a few rips that had been sewn. Love my set tho and maybe we could figure out a way to drop the price due to mentioned issues above!! I still thought the service and delivery was A+ and smiling faces 😀

They were quick, friendly, and professional. Gary Champion is amazing! My grandma unfortunately took a tumble, and he stopped what he was doing to help me get her up. Outstanding company that works with practically anyone! I feel blessed.

Gary and Justin were very professional and friendly. They set up everything quickly, made sure it was in good condition and working. They had great attitudes the entire time even though they had to carry my heavy sectional set down a flight of stairs. Definitely would recommend. 👍 Happy Customer

Gary and Alex delivered my new couch and they were very helpful. We have never had a problem with anyone at rent one. Everyone there is always extremely helpful and willing to work with you if something comes up in your personal life that makes it a bit more difficult to pay the bill.

Both of the gentleman that I worked with were so very polite and helpful. My refrigerator died and I needed to rent a fridge until my new one arrived. It was at the end of the work day and they found a way to get me a fridge delivered so that I wouldn’t lose all of my food. I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service! In addition, I thought the rental price was fair and competitive! 5 stars!!!

We have been renting from rent one since May of 2018. It has been an easy awesome experience. They are a group of great people very helpful and nice. When my boyfriend lost his job they had no problem working with up until we got back on our feet. I highly recommend the rent one here in Salina.

Update: This business is still very professional and work with you to get you the things you need. I recommend to anyone needing furniture, appliances, or electronics. Also their mattresses are reasonably priced and very comfortable.

We have been going to these guys for nine months. We had a washer, dryer, and living room furniture. We just paid it all off. During this process they have always been kind and Courteous to us. There was one payment when our card wouldnt work and they worked with us. They made sure that experience was always excellent whether it was in person, or on the phone, There customer service was so great that we even bought the extended warranty on our appliances. If we ever want furniture again, we will be going to back to them. I completely recommend these guys for everything.Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Very pleased with there service. They helped me pick the right couch when describing to them actually what I was looking for. They Delivered my
couch right on schedule and was very helpful setting it up. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We had Marvin Moppin deliver the electric bike to us, he was very kind to us as well as explain how to work the bike!!! Will definitely recommend him as a great worker!!!

I love coming into rent one. Justin is the most polite person. If I have questions about anything he can answer them. If he can't, he'll bring someone who can. All the employees are so nice and helpful. When I moved to Kansas due to the hurricane hitting my home in Florida. I had nothing but a backpack of clothes. 4 years later I have a washer and dryer, stereo,bed, living room set,TV, deepfreeze,tools, 3 video arcade games and a dinning set

My delivery tech was Gary and he did an excellent job hooking everything up and explaining how to operate my equipment. I appreciate his patience and understanding with me. I will refer rentone to all my friends.
