Had an emergency dental visit and was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. They were not only quick to assist but also incredibly welcoming, making my experience far better than expected. Highly recommend for anyone in need of top-notch dental care!

I really like Dr. Jay's personality too. He was calm, professional, and friendly. I didn't feel pressured into any procedures, which is much appreciated, and he was able to help with some sensitivity my very first visit!

Everyone was so nice and friendly and explained everything I needed to know in detail. I had two teeth pulled on 12/11/23 and Dr Jay and his assistant I forgot her name but she was and is amazing they were so good to me and took their time . Dr Jay called me himself to see how I was doing that evening. I have never had any Dr if any kind call themselves to check up on me . This was above great care . Every staff person in this office is amazing thank you all very much

I really don't care about dentists but the staff at Parkwood Family Dental made me feel relaxed and they answered all my questions and explained the procedure to me

Wonderful dental office! The staff are so friendly and kind and make you feel right at home. ALWAYS on time or even early! My daughter had to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Jay personally called me in the evening (after hours!) to check up on her. Such a sweet gesture!! I cannot recommend them enough!!!

They got me in quick when no one else in town could.
They even called to check on me after my extraction, just to make sure I was feeling alright.

I recently fell and cracked both my front teeth on my coffee cup. I thought it was only one but after my assessment Dr Jay showed me the back of the second tooth was cracked as well. Originally I put off doing anything because of the anxiety of what would happen and worried about the cosmetics of it. (I’ve seen a lot of bad front tooth crowns). I made the appointment and my dental insurance took so long we had to keep changing the appt. I spoke with Tony at the front desk and she never hurried me off the call when I expressed my concerns and anxiety. She was assuring and is an outstanding asset to the team. I asked her to arrange to have nitrous oxide for the appointment to prepare my teeth for temporary crowns. I did shed tears as this was traumatic for me to say goodbye to my natural front teeth. I had watched the procedure on YouTube so I knew what would be happening. Tony assured me each time I talked to her that I would be well pleased with the outcome. Their website had no pictures of before/after. I was really taking their word for it.
During the procedure I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and professionalism provided by the team. When I expressed my anxiety, they offered assurance and paused which helped me feel more at ease throughout the procedure.
What stood out the most was keeping me comfortable and their communication of what was happening. They took the time to explain and eased my fears.
It also made me feel involved in my own dental care. I came back after wearing temporary crowns for a time. The permanent crowns were placed without adhesive and I was allowed to wear the permanent ones for a few minutes to make sure they passed my inspection. After I gave my approval they were placed permanently. I left with permanent crowns that I'm VERY pleased with. You cannot tell at all they aren’t my natural teeth. I can confidently say that this dental office goes above and beyond to ensure their patients' comfort and understanding. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Jay is so very nice and although fairly new at Parkwood, I have been very pleased with his care so far. The staff there (too many to name) have always been so kind and helpful, especially when I have been anxious about a procedure. They are always empathetic and reassuring. No one likes going to the dentist, but if I have to, I am so grateful I found Parkwood.

A very friendly atmosphere right from the door. Everyone is great at what they do. Questions and concerns are well addressed. Very professional. I rarely remember names, but this tike Dr. Jay and Taylor did an excellent job in attending to me.

Such a wonderful experience and a fantastic staff! Taylor Wilson was extremely calming and detailed in explaining what was going to happen, and she was able to help calm my anxiety by allowing the option of using my ear buds. Highly recommend this place!

Honestly one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff was super friendly. The young lady that was cleaning my teeth was super friendly and knowledgeable on what she was doing. I will recommend this place to anyone that asks me. I won’t be changing dentist i know that’s for sure.

They were exceptional! My kiddo had his first appointment and it was a good experience. He is excited to go back.

Have a lot of history here. Near as I can tell their the best. The dental work is professional and done right the first time. Preventative maintain ace seems to be thier main concern. Ultimately savings us time and money.

You can tell the care. Polite, friendly and professional.

I had lots in bad experiences with dentists when I was younger. It gives me anxiety when I need to see one. Dr Jay at Parkwood is great. He explains the process, and is very professional. I still have anxiety, but I know I'm in good hands. If you need a new dentist, or just moved to the area, I recommend you join the Parkwood family.
