The team at T Mobile worked diligently to get us set up despite some issues with a new upgrade to their system. Matt D was friendly and helpful. He did his best to get us set up. Kindel helped us get the information we needed from our old carrier to get our phones released and ready to go.

Antoine is fantastic. This man made it so easy and simple to switch from Verizon! It was a breath of fresh air to have GREAT customer service for once. He walked me through all the options, made sure that I understood not only what was happening, but also what could POTENTIALLY happen. Knowing what to expect was a huge stress relief. We entered the store about 40 minutes before closing and they stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Huge thanks to Antoine and his team at T-Mobile for reviving my faith in mobile service providers! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Went in to get a Home Internet shortly before they were going to close, and they were courteous enough to delay closing to get me all set up! Super kind and respectful, would highly recommend switching here!
