New Horizons Dental Care

I visited New Horizons Dental for dental cleaning. My experience was excellent. Paige was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I was completely at ease, each step was explained and a plan was developed.

If you are looking for a dental group, don't hesitate to check them out! All of the group members I came in contact with were super friendly.

I was absolutely terrified to go to the dentist. (The only other time I have ever been to a dentist was to have my wisdom teeth removed) My initial visit, they made me feel exceptionally comfortable and explained everything they saw and explained the different courses of treatment we could take. My second visit, I had 4 molars removed and although I was sedated for the majority of the time there, one thing that I can remember is the amount of care the assistant was giving g me (literally recall her rubbing my ear lobes to calm me, more than I recall the extraction itself). My third visit was due to pain I was feeling in my lower jaw, I almost felt crazy for calling, but they reassured me that it was fine and to come right in. They took amazing care of me once again and within 20 minutes of leaving, I was pain free. My forth visit, I had my FIRST ever cleaning! I was so nervous, especially since I just had molar removed. Again though, they explained the entire process, and made me feel so at ease before they started. After an hour and a half, I was so proud of my smile (for the first time in a long time!) I have at least 2 more visits, and I am so excited. 1 to get them done, and 2 to have full confidence in my smile again 😁

Real professional dental care at it best going on there. The dental workers make you feel welcomed and top priority. They explain things in down-to-earth. Excellent place to get your teeth taken care of.

After a horrible experience with my daughter’s last dentist. We came to new horizons to try. The staff did amazing with my daughter. They explained everything to her on her level. Made sure she was comfortable through the entire exam.

Had my second implant done. First one was about 10 yrs ago. Dr Guy does amazing work! Had crowns and a bridge done in the past. All were virtually painless and excellent work done. No complaints and no problems. All staff is GREAT!!

Things went very well. I have anxiety about going to the dentist. But they reassured me and I got along fine. I still have another appointment and I’m trusting that it will go as well as these others have gone. The people were all very nice. I believe Taylor is my dental person, and she is very reassuring. even though it was a good experience, I still don’t enjoy going, but the people are nice.

I have been impressed with the level of technology and customer service at New Horizons. For someone like myself who doesn’t like to go to the dentist, it has been reassuring to be able to see more directly my dental state and to have soothing knowledgeable dental workers who explain each step of their work while they work on my mouth.

Loved Melissa up at the front desk she was so nice and welcoming so we're the other 2 girls I can't remember their names :( I'm sorry one did my xrays and one did my cleaning they were very friendly to would love to have them again

Very friendly staff. The wait time was only like five minutes. They explained everything that they were doing with each step. I definitely look towards going back.

I brought my disabled daughter to this place. They were absolutely amazing! Kind and gentle. Haven't seen such good customer service in years. I would recommend them to anyone.

Staff are friendly especially Emmonie and Conner who helped me throughout my visit, kept checking on me and answering all my questions I had. They are awesome!

My whole experience was excellent. Online appointments, kindness and concern at reception/ admissions, the follow-up questions before starting by the dental assistant, just to clarify anything I had answered in the online questionnaire. The dentist letting me know if anything was needed by raising my right hand. The complete explanation of the procedure that would be performed. The wonderful employee communication with radios and ear pieces, very efficient. Their commitment to GREAT patient care and service was incredible! Thank you for such a wonderful dental experience!!!!

Everyone there is so kind. And it was fun to see them dressed up for Chiefs day. Loved Andy Reid and Taylor Swift.

Love coming here everyone is so friendly and I honestly feel like they make pricing affordable and are super willing to work with you! You never feel forced to do anything and they always give you all the options with no judgement!

They do a great job cleaning my teeth and I enjoy the friendly, fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Through years of dental anxiety, I can honestly say that I no longer experience any. Thanks to New Horizons Dental Care. I actually enjoyed my last appointment. Taylor was great! She took her time and made me feel comfortable. Without a doubt she gets 5 🌟

We loved our visit! We seen Paige, she was comforting and nice to my 1 and half year old. Dr. Mo was also amazing taking steps to address my concerns but not make my daughter feel to uncomfortable with being there!

Maggie did my cleaning and was very compassionate and informative. The whole team at New Horizons are friendly and intelligent. Can’t recommend this place enough! Dr Kate did my orthodontics as a kid and my teeth are still in great shape.

Emergency crown repair and diagnosis of root canal needed. Excellent treatment and bedside with concern for my anxiety about pain. Thank you Dr Kate!
