Alec was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is very personable and courteous. Didn’t have what we wanted in stock at his store but located it at another location in Wichita and we picked it up. Pleasant experience!

Friendly and fast! My salesman today was Rich. I told him what I wanted, and without any judgement, he instantly had suggestions. He gave me several options (in all price ranges) and within 30 minutes, I found the perfect mattress. Thank you, Rich!!

Denver Mattress had a great selection of brands and mattresses. The sales associate was helpful answering questions and explaining difference between the mattresses. He also gave me plenty of time to look and checked in with me periodically until I made my decision.

Our Matteress purchase was a comfortable experience. Rick was the only sales person, and of course, We were the only buyers, but it didn't feel like the pressure was on for a sale. He asked us what we were looking for, and translated it to what he had in stock so we wouldn't have to. We bought our mattress here...we weren't sold one...and I like that.

Rick listened to our needs and wants, gave us some recommendations to try out, and answered all our questions. The price was right, and multiple dates for included delivery were available. No hassle great experience. We'll be back next time we have a mattress need.

Rick was very helpful. Asked a lot of questions regarding our sleep styles and preferences. Did not try to sell us “something “, but helped us choose and decide on the best options that worked for us. Will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for a new mattress.

I called Denver mattress today to find out about some new sheets for my King size bed. I called the one on 29th and Maize rd and spoke to Rick and he walked me through what they had. Rick was very helpful and helped me purchase them right over the phone.

We were replacing a 20 year old mattress. I never planned to step foot in a store, I do all my shopping online and researched many "mattress in a box" companies. After a failure of a purchase and jumping through hoops with an online retailer; we went to Denver Mattress.... just to "try" out different types. Rick was there and made sure my kids were entertained and safe while my husband and I looked around. Rick was very knowledgeable & helpful but NEVER pressured us to make a purchase. I ended up going back first thing the next day to purchase a mattress! I feel 100% confident in their customer service and policies. Zero buyers remorse with such a long term decision. Our mattress was just delivered, they have a lifelong customer and I recommend them over any other in-store or online company. (Ps. Great quality mattress cover)
