First Bank Kansas

The staff at THIS bank remembers me and calls me by name (without ID) and is so friendly! My actual bank doesn't do that!!! THIS staff goes out of their way to TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS AS INDIVIDUALS AND NOT JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER (I WAS AMAZED BECAUSE I DIDNT EVEN HAVE A ACCOUNT WITH FIRST BANK but my employer does so I cashed my payroll checks there) THIS STAFF IS THE REASON WHY ILL BE CHANGING BANKS. I wish every business was this friendly and personable!

The phones are all the same for every first bank in salina. They need to change the phone numbers and make them separate numbers for each bank. The 9th street location says it's open until 3pm, and I can't even call them to ask something! Its 5 miles away, so I'd rather call then drive there wasting gas. If there open until 3pm, they need to fix the phone so it do.t say there closed!!

This place provides good service and guidance when it comes to your finances. They do a good job and offer a full line of services for all your needs.

Melissa Bixby and the team at the South Salina branch have always taken amazing care of our family, and I proudly recommend anyone looking for a loan or even just a great customer service experience go down and meet with these wonderful people!

THE Bank in the Salina area!

I live in Wichita, so going to a location isn’t to ideal. The bank hours state the location is open until 3pm today but the phones are still set for closed hours. If the phone system could be rolled accordingly on Saturdays it would be great.

Going to find a new bank. Would not recommend this bank to anyone
