I have brought both of my older boys here for the past few years, and we love them. It's nothing fancy, but they are always making upgrades and updates, a little bit at a time. You don't get the feeling that they're charging an arm and a leg to pay for their ski trips or something. We enjoy the different cultural and language backgrounds represented in the staff and subsequently in the variety of clients/patients they have. It's so interesting to hear the different languages!
The staff is all so incredibly kind and compassionate and patient with us. They are all so accommodating. They really seem to do their best to help you, as an individual, with your unique needs and situation. They have gone above and beyond for us more than once.
It's been such a blessing that THEY OFFER SOME EVENING AND SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS. This is so unique and special and needed. It makes taking care of your dental health more achievable for the everyday working person, that may not be available for appointments or be afforded time off during regular dental office hours (and whose dental health may suffer for it, as a result.)
I get the sense that many of the staff members are Christians and it's evident in their work ethic, their integrity, their contentment and the way they treat people---each other as coworkers as well as their customers. Recommend without a second thought. We happily drive over here from Hutchinson. FYI, if it's relevant to anyone, they do accept KanCare/Sunflower State Insurance.

I have been coming here for several years now due to the service I receive. They are extremely patient. Gentle, but thorough. I’ve got anxiety and sensory issues and they do a phenomenal job of accommodating those needs! They look at future needs and provide honest advice to help me make mindful decisions.

Never in my 36 years on this planet have I ever witnessed such care, concern, and accommodation in a dental office. My daughter had some trauma to her front teeth that has been a nightmare for her, and as a mother to witness. Two root canals, and crowns later she is finally smiling again! I love this lace and would recommend it to anyone!

I have never had a dentist office I enjoyed going to until I came to Smile Craft Family Dentistry! From the moment I spoke to the bubbly receptionists to when I met the dentist, everyone working there is so nice and personable and I felt very taken care of while I visited. I will definitely be using them as my personal and family dentist from now on and have been recommending them to all of my friends in the area!

The Smilecraft team is always so pleasant and cheerful! They are flexible with meeting my scheduling needs and knowledgeable. Their staff is so kind and puts me at ease! I would highly recommend them to anyone! I am definitely a life long customer!!!

My daughter has autism and often feels anxiety at the dentist. Smilecraft makes her feel comfortable and never makes her feel bad about the condition of her teeth. They turn on Netflix for her which helps distract her from the sounds as they work. 💯 recommended!

Incredibly friendly and caring staff! I’m unusually uncomfortable during cleanings due to my sensitive gums but they were accommodating to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Going to the dentist no longer seems like a chore. Would highly recommend.

Smile Craft is a lovely, friendly, happy students, and dentists. I have gone twice, and I loved it. They treat you like family, and the team is so polite and courteous. I give them over a 5 stars.

Took both of my kiddos in for their cleanings. This was my daughter’s first appointment and she was extremely shy! The staff was so understanding and patient which really made this mom feel less embarrassed. That same day, my son ended up getting 4 loose baby teeth pulled, and the staff was so comforting and kind towards him. They made him feel less nervous about having 3 local anesthetic injections! Dr. Kieu was so quick and efficient that we were finished in about a min or so! So glad we switched to this new dentistry.

i've been coming to this place for 5 yrs, for my cleanings, exams and fillings. Dr. Kieu (dad and son) were/are great! the girls at the front super friendly and welcoming!

When your kids don’t complain about going to the dentist anymore you know you’re going to the right one! They have been going there for about a year and a half and the staff is always kind and we never have to wait long at all!

Best dentist in Wichita, recommend 100%!! Their office is clean and the staff are really attentive and friendly!! Have been there since the office opened and they have only gotten better!! My experience at smile craft was great. The doctor and staff was very friendly. They made sure to see if I was comfortable while waiting for my teeth cleaning. I needed one of my filler to be fix since my last dentist messed up. They made sure to see if I was in pain so I don't have any discomfort. I would recommended this to anyone who's looking for a dentist. Very professional.

I highly recommend Dr. Kieu at Smile Craft for all of your dentistry needs! During my visit for a routine check-up, the effervescent and friendly co-owner, Cindy, greeted me warmly and made sure that I was well taken care of while I waited and during all aspects of my visit. The hygienist talked me through all of the cleaning procedures and constantly checked in to make sure that I was comfortable, and Dr. Kieu was thorough and explained every step of the check-up. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and will definitely be returning.

I had crowns done on 9 and 7. Dr Kieu was very patient as he made sure that I was satisfied with the color before placing the permanents in. He was very thorough and I was very happy with the results. The staff were extremely friendly and the office was very clean and sanitary. I will be a returning customer.
