Maplewind Community

Katie and Brian work hard and were always an email or phone call away if we needed something. Helped us get out of our living situation before the end of our lease. We had a newborn and were not happy where we were living. Good little community created in Maplewind. It's up to the families living there to keep it that way. No major issues during our time there and deposit was given back because I held up my end of the agreement. It was time for our growing family to get into a house with a garage and a fenced back yard otherwise we would still be there. Thank you Maplewind 🍁

We been living here for a couple months now, love the space, our dogs love it too. The people from the office are very friendly and always there to help. Also Brian was a great help, he speak spanish too and it make everything so much easier for us. We are very pleased with the professional service we got.Definitely recommend checking this place out. You’re not going to regret it.

We're very happy with our new home! Finding a place within our budget was proving to be difficult but then we checked out Maplewind. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was an upgrade to what we had before. They're pet friendly ❤ The bedrooms and master bathroom is spacious! It has a double sink vanity which I love! The entertainment center is such a huge plus! The kitchen is great as well! Lots of cabinets lol. The appliances are decent and I'm very happy that we have washer and dryer hookups! The neighborhood is gorgeous and safe for my little one and I love that there is a park for him to play at. Mr. Brian made our rental process painless and the staff are very helpful if any problems arise. Maintenance is also responsive and come within the same day or next day. All in all very content with our new home. ✨

Maplewind was a safe, clean place to live for the 18 months we lived there, any concerns we had management and maintenance was quick to fix or resolve, we loved that they tried to make you feel apart of a community by doing little events for holidays etc. Moving out was an easy process as well and got full deposit back! Thank you for being a good home for those 18 months maplewind!

I have never lived in a trailer home before and I was a little skeptical because of how those kind of homes are shown in TV and movies, but Brian was very accommodating and even had a Video call tour of the house before my husband and I signed the lease. Between the video tour, pictures and the price of the rent, we knew Maplewind was gonna be our next home.

The area was quiet and better than we expected, the dog park was in construction when we got there and that was perfect for my shiba. Before the dog park was built there was also a track behind the neighborhood that I could take myself and my dog for a walk/jog and sometimes even play fetch.

It's in the middle of Junction City and Manhattan and that's very convenient depending on what you're shopping for. You can get to IACH in about 12-15mins, Aviation/old post in about 15-20mins and up the hill/PX and Commissary in about 20mins. There is also a walmart in both Manhattan and Junction City.

The only reason why my husband and I moved is because of Tornadoes. It doesn't touch down in the area. Matter of fact Maplewind is in one of the safest areas. With my anxiety, I'm always terrified during tornado season so for my peace of mind, my hubby and I decided to move. There's also a train track that honestly isn't very loud; however you do feel the house shake a little when you're just chilling at home. During the days Ft riley is getting ready to deploy or go on training on another state, they do have the trains blocking the main entrance, but there is a back way you can use to get around if you cannot wait for the train to move.

The clubhouse, pool and playground are also a good plus if you have kiddos. The homes are pet friendly and you can either rent or buy with them.

Katie, the property manager and Brian, the sales manager were very nice and understanding. If we have any issues with the house or any maintenance that needs work orders, we just go to the office or give them a call and they get it taken care of. They give you notifications when there are any changes and when the rent almost is due and they always have a neighborhood function almost every month for the whole community to enjoy.

We don't have any pictures of the home but it was beautiful and we loved it. If it wasn't for the Tornadoes, we would stay there until the Army decides to move us elsewhere. Thank you Maplewind family!

I love it here it nice and quiet. It’s family friendly for those of y’all wondering there’s so much space, the bedrooms are a decent size however the closets could be bigger but that’s a me problem I have too much clothes. It’s was easy to get the house the contractor(Brian) was so helpful from the beginning. Anyways if you’re reading this that means you’re interested just come check it out it won’t hurt you🙂

The staff are very friendly and helpful! My husband and I are getting out of our apartment and trying to find a nice place to start a family and this place is gorgeous! The gentleman (Brian) we spoke with was very kind and he showed us the place and was very assuring and nice.

This place is definitely kept in great condition. The pictures you see on google are nowhere near what it is in person. If you look on their website you can see updated pictures. Also brian was a great help. My family and I are definitely pleased with the professional service we got. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

This community is quickly growing and has so much potential. The homes look really classy on the inside and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to move in. Their pet policy is amazing and Im really excited for them to build the dog park.

This place is beautiful! The young gentlemen named Brian was awesome! The older lady in the office was awesome too, i didn't get her name but she was great! Yall check them out ask for Brian.

I've had great experiences living in The MapleWind community that I couldn't have had anywhere else. Since I moved in 2020, Katie and Brian have been helpful in every aspect. Any issues, whether minor or major, have been promptly resolved. The two of them are both very approachable and confident in all aspects of their work.

Maplewind is a great place to live, very affordable, especially given that the homes are all new and very nice. the area is well-kept, and Brian & Katie do an excellent job of caring for the residents.

The homes are beautiful and their customer service is amazing. Brian helped me out with the application and was very polite and showed me the home!

so i first gave these guys a 3 star for diff reseons but after seeing how they run the place and treat the peopel not only the ones that live there but anyone like family its turned in to a nice little community and staff works hard to make you feel at home good job guys!!!! oh ya and they got a pool and its hot out side so thats a no brainer

Very nice updated trailers. Friendly neighbors. Would highly recommend due to the unbeatable rent for the quality!!
