I had a fabulous massage by Rachel. She was thorough and asked me about any problem areas. She made sure to work those areas and I felt completely relaxed and would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great massage therapist. I will be back.

I had been having pain for several weeks even after a pain treatment. I was told the back muscles in my lower back were quite tight. I went to Ricochet Body Solutions for a treatment, now several days later I am still without measurable pain. Rachel did a very professional and effective massage on my back. I will most assuredly go back for more.

First time getting a massage for me and was not totally sure what to expect. Rachel was nice and took her time to explain the process, show on muscular and skeletal charts the areas she'd target, and then did the massage itself. The massage seemed to work pretty well, my specific sore areas felt a lot better and overall I felt great afterward. I'll definitely go back next time I need a massage!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. I've seen a good number of massage therapists and Rachel is something special. Her hands and sense of what's wrong is very intuitive and her technique is pretty unique and eclectic. She gets really deep into the muscles without making it feel like there's tons of pressure on top of you and even the "torture moments" don't feel too badly. This is therapeutic massage at its finest. I definitely felt looser and better afterwards; the tight spots that normally bother me didn't and my pending headache never made an appearance! Super professional and her place is clean, relaxing, and very tranquil.

I had never heard of facial cupping for facial rejuvenation before until recently. I was familiar with cupping for the body, and was imaging hicky's all over the face.Instead it was a gentil sucking sensation across your face in a rythmic motion. Rachael was very professional and her room is clean, warm and cozy. I signed up for the 12 time package ( 2 times a week for 6 weeks). It was extremely relaxing and I really enjoyed each hour. I started noticing changes in my face around the 4th treatment. The vertical wrinkle between my eyebrows was relaxing and I felt a general lifting of my facial skin. Everyone who wants to do a facial lifting without nasty chemicals or injections should look into this natural alternative. Rachael puts coconut oil on your face and uses small suction cups, pulling toxins to your lymphatic system. No matter what your age you can benefit from this anti aging technique. I did 12 sessions and saw some impressive improvements, but really feel I would need some on going maintenance treatments to see dramatic results. Look forward to doing this again.
