Dollar Car Rental

Very happy I rented a car here. It was extremely easy to reserve online. The gentleman was waiting for me when I approached. There was no line when I came. He was courteous and organized, had my info ready and waiting. He upgraded me to a waaaaaay better car than I requested, which made me ecstatic. Car was beautiful and clean on the inside. The upgrade my short trip so much better and really made my day, thank you.

Returning was a bit of a hassle, there was no one at the station. I wanted to drop the keys in the box, but there were no envelopes or pens to write out my slip. I suggest putting one of the pens on a chain out there. I was nervous about leaving this brand new car without it being checked out by anyone, so I took pictures of it on all sides and the fuel level. I borrowed a pen from a stranger and threw the keys and slip in the box; a half hour later, I received a return confirmation email for the agreed rental price, so I was relieved it was all completed before my flight took off.

The price was great, they don't need a major credit card to rent a car, I found the staff to be very friendly, the car was brand new and the whole process took less than 15 minutes for me, from the time I got to the desk to the time I got into the car.

Check in when I was done was extremely easy, you just put your keys in a drop box on your way back to the plane. Super easy.

As with most of my Dollar rentals, this one was smooth and uneventful. Picking up another car today.

Great service, returned the car eleven hrs early thought I might get a little return but nothing.

Was a good experience. My only small complaint was they did not have Dollar Express cars ready so we could just get in and go. Other than that, the car was clean, the staff was friendly and nice, and return was easy.

Fast checkout. There was still trash in the back of the car but others wise nice. We'll see what return is like tomorrow,
