Where do I start? DSW is the mecca of shoe stores. The customer service isn't bad either. I hadn't been to this store in a few years. Believe it or not, I'm not a shoe fanatic. But, when I have specific shoe needs, DSW is my go-to. I was in need of wide calf boots. I already knew there was only 1 store that could fill my order. I originally ordered a pair of boots from their website. This turned into a disaster. FedEx, the delivery provider, totally dropped the ball. I waited 2 weeks for my delivery, but I also dealt with incompetence on behalf of FedEx. After receiving my order, unfortunately, the boot was too large in the calf. But for those out there who need a plus, plus size calf boot, check out DSW. I went to the store located on Greenwich and immediately received the best customer service. Angie was patient and took time to hear me vent about my dilema. Cathy(maybe with a K) stopped what she was doing to help me find another boot. She also offered her input on what style fit me best. She instructed me that the boot I truly wanted could be purchased online. This time, the store would order for me. Well, Angie did her best to get my exchange/return finalized. But then a problem with the gift card system tried to disrupt our transaction. My original purchase was put on a gift card, and then I could purchase the new boot. I had to place the order myself and use the gift card. Did I mention DSW also has unbelievable discounts on shoe purchases. Especially during this time of the year. I actually saved money from my previous purchase and had extra leftover on the gift card. This transaction will ship to the store in about 7 days. I appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, patience, and friendliness of both Angie and Cathy. The store was also a little busy, but not one customer was ignored. Was great. Bought a pair of Vans. I originally bought from Vans website but the insole was not what I was looking for. So DSW had what I was looking for in a color I wanted. I could try them both on. The only bad part is I have to drive across town to get to the store. It was worth the trip.

Had nice selection & variety of all different styles & types of shoes for men, women, & kids. Also seen 4 or 5 different workers there in case help was needed. The back of the store contains a clearance section ranging from 20 to 60 percent off of their prices.

Love this place. Great employees, easy to try on as many shoes as you want, and they don't stalk you around the store like Journey's.

I tried on several pairs & bought a couple of pairs of comfy casual shoes for Spring. It was difficult to narrow it down so I appreciated the DSW Staff suggesting several pairs to consider.

Looking forward to return visit with our daughter. Found adorable canvas shoes with cartoon doggies on them!! Lol, she'll probably insist we be matchy matchy. :-) Hey, its a Mother-Daughter thing.

Dawna has great knowledge about footwear and is Always working. The selection on shoes and handbags 👜 are great. I couldn't believe that they had headbands and hair clips! Got three pair of shoes under $100.00!

Loki (hopefully I spelled it right 😅) is amazing at costumer service and deserves a raise definitely. I care about experience that I have as a costumer and some people like Loki can definitely make any store better.

Great selection of shoes and the customer service is top notch. They don't carry a lot of wides in store, but you can order online and free shipping to the store for pick up. Easy returns too if needed.

Great selection of footwear for the entire family. Staff is very helpful and really goes out of their way to make sure that the customer experience is awesome. Check the discount racks when you visit... There are often hidden gems there.

Easiest place to look at all the shoe options some you will not see side by side in other stores.

My first thought when walking into DSW was that I knew I could find exactly what I needed. It was clean and organized. When I found the shoes I wanted, Rachel checked for the stock, but they weren't there. She ordered them for me, having them shipped directly to my door for absolutely no extra money. The shoes arrived in two business days! I will definitely come here first for any shoe needs.

Love DSW Shoes. I was absolutely THRILLED when this store opened here...and it is so close that I can get there in about 15 minutes, which is great since I usually spend a LONG time there. I used to shop at the DSW in Tulsa when I lived there for 9 years, so I really missed it when I moved here. I send all my friends there!

I was there today and I really liked the store. Several months ago I returned a pair of shoes for a friend that had bought them online. They were very good about refunding her money. Excellent!

Great selection that can be a bit overwhelming. Good shoes, competitive prices, and overall good experience.I recommend checking this store out. There’s a lot of goodies here.

The first time we came into DSW my 16 year old was stressing out trying to find last minute dress shoes for homecoming. Lucky for us Jonathan was in because he was not only helpful in finding the right fit but also the right style to go with her dress! Since it’s prom season we decided to try our luck again with johnathan and yet again he didn’t let us down! He does a great job finding out about you and the look you want! Next time you go definitely ask for him And you won’t be disappointed!!

There are a lot of nice options at this place. The price isn't too bad, a bit high on some items but overall ok. There was a good selection in the sale rack too. As far as I could tell they had a good range of sizes for each style.

Love the selection AND the staff was SUPER helpful. Returned a shoe I ordered online & they searched the shelves high & low to try to find an equivalent shoe to determine size needed. Will be returning soon
