Thad has always helped us since we started renting our unit here some months back. He has always been very friendly and helpful. Thad has been very understanding when it comes to being a little late with our payment. When the padlock we had on our unit got messed up and the key broke off in the lock it was Thad that helped us out with the replacement even though it wasn't their fault. Couldn't ask for better people to rent a storage unit from. They have great prices and are fair and honest about everything.

This is a great location for Ft Riley. located at the east gate. Very clean and the staff is super nice. Best rates in the area. I appreciate how kind they where to me. They also took my uhaul return so I did not have to drive into Manhattan, very convenient

The owners are very nice and the staff helped a lot. The units are nice and clean and the cheapest in the area. Uhaul experience was excellent as well.

I thought this was going to be a great experience based on the first interaction I had with the owner back in May ( 2019). We had a issue with the online unit selector. He called us right away while dealing with flying home. He called as soon as he landed and gave us a new unit and the combination to get in. I thought everything was fine. HOWEVER !!!!! Then yesterday my son needed to get the last of his belongings out and he found a padlock on the door with a warning about cutting it. I have till the 19th for him to get his things out. This is cutting into the time for him to get his belongs out in time. Now I have been trying to call and email with NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!!! This is a poor way to handle business!!

I have requested a move out a month ago and am still being charged the monthly rent. I have tried to get into contact with owner via email, phone and nothing. No response at all. I did put in my request online and is showing a move out date but I am not sure why I am being charged for the next month since my stuff has already been removed and the request date is before the first of the following month. Please be careful renting a unit from this company.

Don’t rent from this place. We tried to and they never contacted us for the unit after we paid online. Now we can’t get our money back either!!!

Do not ever put your things here!!! My unit got broken into, from the inside. Someone left other units open which was used as an entry. The passage was cut through the wires on top of my unit. When I tried to call the owner or submit a message through the site for repair and assistance - NOTHING, NO RESPONSE, CRICKETS!! I moved my things out and tried to cancel the membership. The place keeps charging me for weeks after I moved out. Owner does not respond to calls, texts, or messages submitted through the website. It is interesting, because initially at the beginning, when I looked for the storage, he was super eager to respond right away and start taking my money. They should not have a registered business.

Owners rarely check on this storage. Its hidden side is broken into, and if you still have something here, move it out asap before it gets stolen, like mine did.

Can NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AND IF U LEAVE A MESSAGE ITS NEVER RETURNED CZN WAIT TO NOT NEED THIER SERVICES ANS WOILS NEVER USE AGAIN
