Fort Riley Transportation Office

First of all, move.mil is easy as heck and soldiers really need to learn to utilize it. Nevertheless, the staff here are super helpful with all transportation needs and work with soldiers to accommodate their needs and go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Would give 5/5 stars but reason not to is because i have to talk about 20 times before they pick up and 9 times out 10 the voicemail is full. But otherwise i had great experience with the staff here. Very friendly and helpful keep it up!

Ppm submitted 2 months ago, going back and forth on corrections with Dfas. Comes to section 11 on ppm needing filled out by transportation. Called transportation they didn’t even remember sending up my packet and acted like they didn’t send it up that I was confused and taking about finance and not transportation. So they finally sent it up and it got approved, luckily Dfas had all up my updated packeted.

they hire the worst movers over $10k worth of damage and counting after this move if "Johnson shipping and storage" come to pick up your goods or Kings Packing. Send them away and ask for another company.

Staff will not help you, only tell you to use the website which constantly down.
