The only car renting business that was able to help me! I recently became carless and needed a car asap while car shopping for a permanent one and this place is the ONLY one I had luck with! I dont have credit, I dont have a credit card(only debit) they have great prices, very friendly customer service. I will be using enterprise from now on when I am in need of a rental, I highly recommend them!
Specifically Kaitlyn was VERY helpful and made sure I was all taken care of!

I was rear-ended on Kellogg and needed a rental while my car is in the shop. In and out with a nice car. 2022 Chrysler Pacifica.

Hertz completely let me down; so, I gave enterprise a try. The guy at the front desk (of whom I should’ve gotten the name for) when above and beyond trying to help me out in a tough situation. Even though this location didn’t have a suitable vehicle available, he called literally every other enterprise location except the airport location and found a suitable vehicle at the derby location. This is a five star review just for the quality of service that I received. The aforementioned individual deserves all the praise in the world for going above and beyond for me.

Nataszja was super helpful. She is the only reason why I am giving a 5 star. I had issues with my vehicle and had to visit 2 different Enterprise locations. One of them - the employee was nice, but the airport one wasn’t. I was told immediately by employee at airport I couldn’t switch cars. The one I had had no power and was eating up gas. It was a struggle dealing with the manager at first. He wouldn’t even look at the email that Natazja had sent me explaining the whole situation. I was tired of repeating myself, and he refused to read it. I will always remember his name because he said he won’t read the email and he wanted some to tell him what’s going on. I had already told the employee. He refused to read email then said hi, I’m nick. What’s your name? My friend took over for me explaining because I had had enough. After that, he helped and upgraded the car last minute. So I got an SUV instead of full size vehicle. It shouldn’t even have been given to me because there was an issue with the emergency break. When I returned I informed Nataszja about my experience. She was very empathetic and helped me. She stepped up and went above and beyond for me. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and she cares about giving outstanding service. Because of her actions I will give 5 star and I will rent from this location again. Had she not helped and given great service I would have given 1 star. Thank you Nataszja for helping me. I hope she gets recognized for her hard work because it’s well deserved.

I used priceline to rent a car from this location after my car was totaled due to the May floods. The weekly rental price from this location for the size of car I needed was the best in Wichita. Due to insurance payment delays I had to renew it for a total of 3 weeks. The initial rental experience was fast and easy. The staff called me before my planned time and let me know my car wasn't available but that they would find something for me and they did. I was lucky to be upgraded. Both times I had to call and extend my rental the staff was super nice and understanding and was great when I returned the car.

The rental experience at this particular location was fast, easy, and the staff were very helpful. Nataszja did an exceptional job throughout the duration of my two month rental, due to my car being totaled. From the time I arrived I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. All the details of an insurance claim were explained to me, and returning the rental car took less than a couple of minutes. Thank you again for the outstanding customer service!

Natasha is seriously the best worker at this location. She is always so kind and welcoming when I get there. When I drop off she remembers who I am and always asks how my experience was. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best experience. I appreciate how diligent she is and she takes her job seriously. She makes the experience very easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location because of her.

Customer service was great! I was originally booked further west but this place was a lot closer to home. They honored my reservation at the other place. We decided to use a debit card and our own insurance and had no problems at all. The $200 deposit was refunded the very next day after the car was returned. Do note that the office isn't open on Sundays but they do have a drop box for keys to return the car early. I received an email the next morning with my final receipt. We will definitely use Enterprise again!

We had a great experience at Enterprise on W 21st St in Wichita! Ian went above and beyond our expectations helping us get in the perfect car. When we went, there wasn’t a car equivalent to what we were used to. Ian told us he would let us know if something more compatible came in and he followed through not just one time, but twice and got us into a great car. Everyone else in the office was very helpful and polite as well! I highly recommend the team at Enterprise on W 21st!! Thank you!

Staff was very polite and treated me well. My insurance would pay for premium car, and the woman at the desk did not disappoint. She was gonna give me a Dodge Journey like what I had in the shop, and is rprised me with a very nice Tahoe. I was very happy with the experience and how I was treated. They even picked me up from the shop and saved me a little over a mile of walking.

***EDITED TO ADD*** I did have a 300$ hold put on my card from enterprise, this was the deposit. I was prepared to have it help for up to 10 days but it was released after not even 24 hours after I returned the car.
I wish I knew the name of the guy who helped me. He was very nice and super helpful/accommodating. I had made a reservation online for that same day (to pick up in just a few short hours because our only vehicle broke down). They called me and apologized, stating they could see I had just booked a reservation but they did not have any vehicles fitting my description on such short notice and it being Friday.
I ended up going to Budget Rental, which is just up the road from Enterprise here. I reserved online, they still had a car available. They required a utility bill with my name on it (who knew?) so I had to stop by city hall for a copy of the water bill (gas and electric are in my husband's name), They charged me $76.50 for the "insurance coverage" I "needed" (only to find out through my own policyholder I already have plenty of transfer coverage) and I have yet to get this refunded. In the end, I did not get a car from Budget because I was using a TurboTax Visa and it was not attached to a local bank. This would have probably been understandable if the woman behind the desk had a little less attitude about it. Yes, we have a bank account but I didn't want the charge coming out of there. Ii wanted to use out tax refund.
In the end I went by enterprise on a whim because I was on their list to call me if anything became available. They did not have the car I reserved so they upgraded me to a little SUV I absolutely fell in love with. I drove her around for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The gas mileage in comparison to our Yukon was superb. lol. I decided to keep it one more day because I hadn't yet gotten our truck back. They were fine with this and kept the price the same. :) I will not tell you what I paid but I can tell you I got a VERY good deal for what I was put in for a total of 6 days! Enterprise makes it easy, quick and painless! nd if you reserve online it is seriously just a flash of your license and you're out the door. I had never rented before but if I need to again I will definitely not go anywhere else!

The cars are all in great condition, zero issues whatsoever!! Booking the rental was fast and easy! Drop off was a breeze and they even helped me out when I was late!! I have used other car rental companies and Enterprise has the lowest rats and best customer service by far!

I got a small SUV as part of the Air Bag recalls. I've had if for nearly 3 months and it may be another two months before the parts are available. When I went to the Honda dealership to turn in my vehicle, Enterprise was there with my rental in about 15 minutes and all of the paper work was completed and ready to go.
The single issue I have had was getting notified when the car needed an oil change. With such a long term rental, Enterprise needs to be more hands on in addressing potential maintanence.

Super easy, fast and awesome customer service! They do have a $200 refundable deposit so just be ready for that! :) Won't use any other car rental company. You honestly can't beat their prices.

They provided a rental van while our van (which we'd just purchased from them) was being worked on. To my surprise the rental was exactly the same year, make and model, and COLOR and even had the same wheels! So when I drove it home, nobody in the household knew the difference. They were very friendly also!

Outstanding customer service. From the time I called to the point I drove away, they exhibited professionalism and courtesy. Great non airport alternative which allows you to pick up and park your car there free. I originally booked thru hotwire but wasn't getting unlimited mileage. When I told them this they were able to give me the same deal as hotwire with unlimited mileage. I will be calling them directly to book in the future.

Thank you Blaine: on-site manager! Miscommunication through a 3rd party rental caused our specific vehicle not to be available. Blaine stayed 1:5 hours after closing on a Friday, networked with local branches to find our vehicle and saved our trip. He took a problem that wasn’t even his fault and really went above and beyond for our family. I will make this branch my rental of choice as long as he is running this location.
