I have never rated a car rental but this location goes beyond to accommodate. Professionalism and hassle free. I rented weekly for 6 weeks for work and never had a bad experience with the service or staff. Keep up the Great work. I appreciated it

Great experience at this location! Osman (Os) was super courteous and helpful. He gave us a free upgrade and even gave some recommendations for things to do in the area. This was the best car rental experience I’ve had, and it was all thanks to Os! Highly recommend this location.

National is always amazing. Their customer service is second to none. They are first class all the way. My cars are always clean and in great shape. If you need to rent a car the best to use is National. Great job

I have always been happy with my experience at National. I got a great surprise when I recently rented a car for a one way trip. I thought I would have to take it back to the airport which would have added more than an hour to my trip. The young man at the counter informed me that I could return it to any Enterprise Facility! Yippee!! saved so much time. That's a nice perk for National. Thanks for always having great service and great cars.

National Rental Car in Wichita is the BEST! Upon my car return at ICT I accidentally left my personal car keys instead of the rental car keys. Richard went above & beyond to make sure that I did not have to repeat my security walk & brought the keys to me for exchange. My entire rental car process / experience was smooth from beginning to end. Thank you again for going above & beyond. Definitely 5 star service.

I rented a car for a business trip to Tulsa, OK. The front desk agent was extremely helpful in getting me set up and to the car. The first car smelled badly of smoke to where I couldn't barely take a breath, and I came back to the counter and in less than five minutes he was able to get me a new car that was perfect. I work in customer service so it was a good feeling to see there level of care to get the customer what they needed. I will definitely use National for future rentals.

National is my favorite car rental company. The team at the Wichita airport treated me like I had status even when I didn’t, and maintained that level of professionalism the entire time I’ve worked with them, which is twice a week every week for the last 14 months. They always try to find me a car that fits my needs and wants. 5 star service!

I picked up a car from here 3 times in 3 weeks. Every time was very quick, no problems, cars were fantastic. I even left something in the car and on my next trip I was able to get my item back. National is GREAT! I would definitely recommend them!

My initial car has a small issue. I called and they offered to bring me a car, I went back to the airport instead and they upgraded me at no charge!! Very good customer service!

As always, everything went according to schedule with no problems or delays. When I arrived at the Wichita airport, the agent told me that because of an impending snow storm, they were out of cars at the moment. Within 5 minutes, he had a car secured for me and I was on my way! This young man went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied and avoided any delays.

Ended up with a Kia Soul and was very happy with the car. Drove extremely well and had a very nice ride for the size car. National Service rep was fantastic and got me in/out very quickly. Return was very easy as well.

Have never had an issue here. People at the desk are always cheerful and attentive. I usually spend no more than 5-10 minutes dealing with them (ie. They're fast and efficient and have me checked-out with my car and driving within 10 minutes)

I do not see any problems at National in Wichita. My parents and I rent frequently and never had any problems. Selection is not bad but not the best. The fastes lines I have ever seen.

Prosper the assistant branch manager at ICT was incredible. I really appreciated to be there.

Loved the Nissan i had for my two week training in Kansas. Customer service was very friendly and even had useful info about the surrounding area.

National always provides me with many vehicle choices and they are always clean and ready to go. National has their process streamlined compared to others. I always try to book with National unless they are not available.

National is always easy to work with. Quality cars at a fair price and they will get you out of the airport faster than any car rental company.

This station went above and beyond for me! I left a few pieces of mail in the sun visor before I took off home. I called while I was on the plane and they were able to retrieve it for me and even mail them out!!! Go Daniel Thank you!
