Mexico Viejo

I really just wanted to have margaritas and nachos, out of the list of places we picked Mexico Viejo. The queso fundido is delicious, the margaritas were perfect! We decided to go ahead and order dinner, why go elsewhere? The fajitas came out quick, full of flavor but there was an issue and after bringing it to the managements attention, Sal addressed the situation. I truly appreciate the quickness, the ownership and the willingness to correct this. I also want to complement the staff, everyone is on their feet, attentive, ready to serve. Great team!

We came on a busy day! But got taken back quick and honestly the best service I have ever got. She is so sweet, very attentive that she honestly deserves to be noticed! Will be returning and asking for her !! Thank You Again Ms Jazmin !!

We loved our lunch experience at Mexico Viejo! The service was the absolute BEST! Our server was always smiling, friendly, and attentive. He helped us select what we wanted from their vast menu, and our food was delicious! I loved Enchiladas Rancheras I ordered, and my friend's beef burrito was exactly how she ordered it. The chips were so fresh that they were still warm and had grease on them. We will definitely go back again.

The food is absolutely wonderful. I have been here multiple times for a birthday party and the servers are always wonderful. The guacamole is freshly made for you either in front of you or in the back. The queso is also so very good! Drinks are nice and strong. Highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t!

Exceptional in EVERY way! The decor and ambience is intriguing & colorful! After seated we were promptly served chips and salsa (and at no extra charge)! Our drinks were large and reasonably priced. My strawberry margarita was delicious, with generous tequila content & beautiful fruit garnish.
We shared a chicken & steak fajita platter, the evening's special. It surprisingly arrived steaming hot within 10 minutes of placing our order! They accommodated my request for both flour and corn tortillas. The portions were large and cooked to perfection.
Our waiter Alberto (aka Chino) was personable, attentive and intuitive. I was impressed we didnt have to request additional napkins, he just brought them out. The entire bill for the evening was under $25 which is unheard of for such a delicious quality meal. I cant wait to return, and to share with others!

It was my first time there and the first time I experienced freshly made guacamole!!! It was sooooo good and definitely loved it with chips. Great service and great atmosphere as well. The shrimp tacos I had were good. Some great treats from a special one.

BOMB! Food/service/timing/drinks/price everything was perfect! Will definitely be back! The food was on point! Our waiter continued to check on us and made sure we were good, food came pretty quick and was hot, and they know how to make drinks right!

Don't let the pictures on the menu fool you. You are going to get a lot more food than you think, and it's good too! From the beans, guacamole, and rice; this is Mexican comfort food at its finest. I may not be able to eat again for another week lol. Would highly recommend coming here again and again.

Oh my goodness! The food is awesome! We had for an appitizer the chips, hot and mild salsa and guacamole. I had the fish tacos with pico, sour cream, lettuce, and avacodo on a soft shell with water and a margarita la picaro. The sides were charro beans and rice. Vi had the combination taco and burrito with beans charro beans and rice. Jasmine was our server and she is awesome. Ask for her if you visit!

Food is always amazing and the last margarita that I had there was so fresh! Not too sweet and you could taste all the fresh ingredients! Definitely will be back and more often!

The food is great. The service was a little slow this last time we went. Which was after the lunch rush around 2:00 so I would have expected them to be a little more prompt. But all in all our experience here is usually spot on. We will definitely be returning!

Food was really good. Service was incredible. My only complaint is the loud table sitting behind us. I do not fault the restaurant for the obnoxious people at that table. Will definitely return.oh and the prices were very reasonable I was shocked.

El Ranchero Special! Best item ever! Chicken, Steak and Shrimp over rice w tomato, onion, bell pepper topped with a light cheese sauce. Highly recommend this restaurant.

great locally owned restaurant with homemade salsa that you can taste the Mexican Oregano in and crisp chips. Awesome selection, excellent service and always running good beverage specials. I really love their shredded chicken in anything. last pic is burritos Banderas

We enjoy this place when we're not cooking our family recetas at home. I enjoy their carne asada. Just make sure to check that you get everything when you door dash.
