I want to take this opportunity with great pride and utmost satisfaction in regard to a company called Warming Trends. I will start by saying if you do not want the best in fireplace needs , customization and design, don`t contact them. Well Do, they are the best and far superior to all researched fire pit companies I dealt with. I needed a super custom burner design that only Warming Tends could build. The person I dealt with was Brian S., what a class act and knowledgeable. Brian executed the perfect fire place burner. I would leave six stars if possible. Thank you , CHARLES III

My wife and I had to redo the ½ inch natural gas line to our fire pit and BBQ. We had to replace the fire ring in the pit as well. We had the standard 18” stainless ring with holes in it and it did an OK job. We saw the Warming Trends Cross Fire array at a local BBQ store and heard the sales pitch.

The Cross Fire was almost 6 times more expensive but we took the chance and bought it. We were told that it would produce a flame twice as nice as my old ring using half the natural gas. I was hoping the sales pitch was real because we only have a ½ inch gas line that has a 110 foot run from the gas meter,.

The diameter of my fire pit is 36 inches and the 15” x 13” original Cross Fire fits it perfectly. I would like to try the newer Octagonal in the future but will have to wait. We finished the gas line and fired it up and my wife and I just stood back and were blown away with how nice our fire pit is.

We don’t have the natural gas smell anymore. It burns so efficiently. We get a two to three foot tall flame with a ½ inch line. The Cross Fire produces a 6 times better flame than the old circle with holes in it. Everyone around the fire pit is warm on a chilly night. Over the next 20 years we won’t miss the additional cash we had to pay because we will use less gas and have a more beautiful flame. Thank you Warming Trends. Its rare when I am this happy after a project is finished.

My daylight photo does not do it justice but you can at least see our fire pit. The night time photos didn't turn out.

Warming Trends provided first class service and products. They use cutting edge technology so we can enjoy a natural fire. They didn't hesitate to make a custom burner for our pit and in turn we have enjoyed many hours outside relaxing on our patio watching the warm fire from our firepit. The new burner was delivered quickly and exactly what we wanted. If you want only the best, contact Warming Trends. Brian was our rep who is a true asset to the team. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.

I was skeptical and questioned the cost in comparison to other burners “how much better can they be than the stainless burners?” I did lots of research and watched videos on YouTube. In the end I decided to purchase the 290,000 BTU Warming Trends Crossfire Burner and I’m so glad I did!! This thing is amazing! The fire this thing puts out is unbelievable! Well worth the money!

I had Mike and Divo replace a burner in my fire pit which was not providing a decent flame. Warming trends replaced the burner ring with an amazing new one that provides a huge flame. 30" high flame and filled out the entire ring which provides great heat for the chilly fall evenings. Thanks Warming Trends!!
