I have been a customer of Bill Roberts State Farm for a while now and by far the best customer service I have ever received! Everyone there is so nice, knowledgeable and speedy! Nicolene Vansittert is the best agent a customer or company could ask for. 10000/10 recommend! Go here people… you WILL NOT be sorry!

I have spent 7 years working with Bill Roberts with Nicolene Van Sittert as my agent. I have never felt pressured to buy anything, but only ever seen them look out for my best interest. Every year on my birthday, Nicolene messages me or sends me a card and that is something I’ve NEVER experienced from a company. It shows how much they care for their clients and I could not recommend them more. If you don’t want an insurance company who just tries to sell you whatever to make a profit you will find it here. They genuinely care!

I contacted Bill Roberts' office for a quote for business insurance. They got back to me right away and went above and beyond to explain everything to me and to make sure I had peace of mind knowing all of my photography equipment is covered safely at a very reasonable cost without limiting my coverage. Nicolene inquired about my other insurance policies and asked if she could run a quote. We ended up bringing our homeowners, auto policies, an umbrella, as well as my business insurance. We ended up saving half on everything and increased our coverage from our old policies. It was an awesome and easy experience from start to finish. Highly recommend the team at Bill Roberts! My experience with State Farm, Nicolene, my car insurance agent has been an amazing experience since I started six months ago. My rate has went down 20 dollars in six months and was very pleased when my renewal came with the new amount! I leave their office happier than I came and the atmosphere is pleasant and infectious. Bill Roberts is very lucky to have great customer service and will be easy to refer his office to anyone looking for great rates and service. I won't go anywhere else from now on. My glasses, gloves, and ice scraper are a walking advertisement for State Farm. They also have a 10 day grace period on payments where others don't.

Nicolene makes my day whenever I come into her office. She makes you feel like you are her only customer and feel like I've known her my whole life!

I recently switched to State Farm after 17yrs with someone else. Not only was Nicolene sweet as pie, she was very professional, not to mention I saved quite a bit of money as well. Best Insurance Company in Salina!!! Nicolene is the greatest agent. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and did a great job of getting us set up with new policies. She went above and beyond to make us feel important and special. I would recommend her to anyone!!!! State Farm does a wonderful job of offering great quality policies at competitive rates!!

My boyfriend and I were price shopping for insurance after deciding to combine and only pay 1 insurance company. In the mean time we needed to have Full Coverage so he just added me to his current insurance (American Family). Our monthly bill was $325 starting December of 2018. I tried one more time to see about getting some cheaper prices, because the insurance is more than both of our car payments in one month. Juan Torres with Bill Roberts State Farm sent me an email. I figured it would be the same as the rest.... not the case at all... he helped us get full coverage on both cars (2005 & 2014) plus renters insurance for ONLY $162!!!! We switched immediately and after meeting with Mr. Torres we have began a new friendship. He is a very kind, genuine, and caring, person. I would recommend him to EVERYONE I know. I went into Bill Roberts State Farm looking for some affordable car insurance. I am 21 and not from this area. Nicolene took care of me and got me squared away. She gave me an amazing deal and on top I added renters insurance because it wasn’t much more and it was just so easy to do.
