Three unexpected, unplanned deaths in my family. No insurance, and no money. Todd and Ms Betty were warm, welcoming, loving, compassionate, and very empathetic to what we were dealing with. They were very professional, and thoughtful, even took the time out to really speak with us abut our loved ones, and the situations that lead to their passing. They showed a great deal of genuine concern for those of us who were left grieving. They were clearly not out to rake in the money like other mortuaries here, they just wanted to provide a professional, quality going home service that honored our loved ones, and gave them dignity; and they went above & beyond to do so. I cannot say enough good things about Todd and Ms Betty. Their compassion during this time meant the world to me. The world truly needs more people like them in it. I thank God they were there with us every step of the way. It made things much easier, even when what was left of the family unraveled. God bless you both, Todd, and Ms Betty! 💜

Mr.Todd and Ms Betty were angels sent to help our family in our time of need! We went by to get so information about our loved one who was terminal and with hospice. We did not know we would be needing a service so soon! My brother had insurance but somehow there were issues with it.Central Ave really worked with us to help to accommodate my brother's wishes and the financial / insurance situation. The personal time and effort they gave us will always be remembered! Thank you and God bless!

It's strange saying that I'd rate a funeral home 5 out of 5 stars, but Todd and Miss Betty really gave me the best service that made my situation so much easier to handle. My husband had just passed away and we were not well prepared. I knew he wanted to be cremated but I had other questions. I called around town to many funeral homes and some of them really shocked me how hard it was to get information out of them. Central Avenue was the only one to really impress me and they were so gracious that I felt so comfortable. I felt welcomed and not pressured during the entire process. They were organized, well prepared for my questions, efficient, and timely getting things prepared by the time we needed them.

When my uncle recomended Cental Avenue I was real hesitant. I didnt know anyone else who had utilized their services. Although small I was very impressed with the services I received at Central Avenue. I had just lost my mother and was overwhelmed with grief, family at odds and funds tight. However, Todd and Ms Betty took care of our needs and left no question that I had made the right choice. I know this is late, but thank you to ALL the staff at Central Avenue.

First I would like to thank Todd and his staff for a great job that they provided for my family and I when we truly needed it. They were very professional and pleasant and Todd listen and tries to do what he can to make sure you’re happy. Once again Thank you for a job well done.

Todd was amazing.. He made this painful time from start to finish as easy as possible.. He and his team were loving caring and took time with our family! We recommend them to anyone!

At one of my life's hardest times when I was truly overcome with grief I had lost all sense of direction and my decision making skills were totally gone the good people at Central funeral truly embraced me like family and put together something I could only dream of to honor my father's memory not only with being professional and courteous they reaffirmed some of my lost faith in humanity I had absolutely no knowledge of how to plan let alone coordinate this kind of event they took care of all of that as if they were family even when my family was nowhere to be found there was no bait and switch game like a lot of others in this business had so again look to Miss Betty and Todd to be there with knowledgeable informative help A reasonable clear layout of costs and open arms to treat you and your loved one with the respect and dignity that everyone deserves thank you guys and God bless......PMJr

This is the best place to go they did my dad service 3 yrs ago and todd and betty were so nice and helpful my dad only had a very small insurance policy and they were able to help us get what we needed

If your in that area i would definately recommend central mortuary.through all my family drama and money issues todd was there for me helping me make decisions i knew nothing about.THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

If I could rate negative stars I would! These people are thieves. I’m in another state and they are holding my loved one hostage. They are unprofessional unreliable and their service is unsatisfactory at best. If you care for your loved ones please find someone else to assist you through these difficult times.

They didn’t take care of my little brother’s funeral service like they should have
