The care providers here were outstanding and took the time to listen to my concerns. They saw me in a timely manner, and answered all the questions I had. We were able to get to a solution and was told multiple tips to help my new diagnosis. I appreciate this staff immensely.

I have only ever had a good experience here. Quick, efficient, and timely.

While I really like Dr. bell and have had no negative experience with him personally. The wait for my son's follow up was absolutely ridiculous. I had to leave mid work day to get this appointment done and I waited an hour to be seen.

This is the worst health care available, first off the dr, severed a vein in my sinus when doing endoscopy, so I had surgery to repair his damage....went back to have packing removed the day before Christmas and the receptionist wanted 250$ for me to be able to see the dr. I did not have the money at the time, so I had to go to emergency room costing me a fortune, im still paying them monthly, they took packing out. I tried every reasonable option to her , to help with payments but she wouldn't budge...she should not be in health care.....she is rude, mean and unreasonable

If I could give negative I would. Dr cosseste Spent less than ten minutes on my husbands appt., did not have any disregard to his concerns, brushed him off, got results that they also brushed off. Told us now that the problem reoccurred that he coul come back for ANOTHER biopsy and pay for another session for them to run the tests they should have ran the first time.

Very frustrated with our appointment with Dr. Cossette. My sister-in-law warned me prior to the appointment that she had gone to see him in the past and that he told her that her issue was all due to her stomach and tried to put her on Prilosec. After she visited a different ENT, it was discovered that she actually had yeast growing on her vocal cords. I took my son to see them as he had been having plugged ears for the past 5 months. He was constantly blowing to attempt to alleviate his ear pressure. After an extremely long wait, we were finally ushered in to see the PA. She looked quickly into his ears and then proceeded to tell us that she believed that he was doing the blowing as a habit, and that nothing was wrong with him. She did not look into his nose or throat or take any other vital checks. After listening to her diagnosis, I asked her if maybe she should at least look into his nose or throat to make sure that his other airways and passages were not blocked. She then asked me if I wanted her to look into his nose....I then thought, "who is the medical doctor here?!?"
Cossette then came in and did a quick scope into my son's nose. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to recommend an antacid because he thought he had reflux! A worthless and very costly visit all for nothing!!!! Very frustrated with this practice!

Staff is so RUDE. OMG!!! The entire office is chaos. The TV is on loud with news blaring high tension stories. I asked to have the tv muted as I was the only one in the waiting room. They begrudgingly turned the volume down. But a few minutes later as I was reading a book another staff lady walked out of the back and turned it back up stating “the volume stays on.”

I’m not sure how nice the doctors were but some of these staff should be stuck in the back with paperwork not around the public... they have no personal compassion or people skills.

Long wait to get an appointment and a long wait to get any results. They don't seem to care about finding the root cause of my repeated sinus infections, they just push pills and demand you pay your bill as soon as you get it.

I have never been treated so rudely! Would never recommend anyone go here!

Great at taking your money. Not so good at having solutions to your problems.

The PA here is extremely rude and condescending.
