Riley County Transfer Station

The lady that works in the office there out at the transfer station for the past however many years is fantastic.

I am always impressed with their friendly, helpful attitudes!! And when we had the storm recently, they opened on a SUNDAY to help the community dispose of tree branches! Very good move! We appreciate your whole team!!

Super easy to get in and out of. Everyone is polite and helpful. The staff is knowledgeable on where to take items that are not acceptable at the transfer station, and the price is better than some other counties.

Miss Denise will great cha sweet as ever.. Friendly, polite, patient, She will tell u where to tak your trash.. Miss Lisa & Mr Mario will get rid of it. For.. It could be 4:55 pm. Piles everywhere. They never hesitate to be helpful & motivated they sure made my extra chore of taking the trash out more enjoyable. I might even volunteer next time. Thanks guys

I say this everyone that I go out there, but the Riley County Transfer Station is amazing. Clean, organized, quick, no hassle and the surrounding country side is beautiful this time of year!

Great people but there is no good reason to make people with yard debris wait in line at scale.
