Sharp Performance

My family and I have been working out at Sharps Performance for about a year and a half now at least. It's our favorite gym for a lot of reasons! First and foremost, the environment is GREAT for any level of gym comfort. Beginners feel welcomed and regulars feel at home. The staff is awesome and is always willing to help you out! & the equipment is perfect for anybody wanting to reach their fitness goals. If you havent been yet, GET IN THERE!!

Fantastic gym with excellent staff and patrons. Supportive and fun environment with plenty of free weights & machines. A personal favorite feature is the upstairs equipped with 5+ heavy bags and stationery bikes. 10/10 would recommend.

A quality gym with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is amazing and will help you with questions you may have. Ive been to a lot of gyms and this is by far the best one ive ever been to. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone!! 💪🏼

The staff is excellent and knowledgeable! The atmosphere is great and it’s very clean. The classes push me but are not so intense I cannot accomplish the workouts. Best place in town!

Amazing staff. They really focus on each players development. They are down to earth people. They will work you out. You won't find a bad Coach, and all of these Coaches Jake brings in are very experienced. Excellent at what they do and excellent at working with kids. Would recommend.

The best gym in town.... period. Jake and his team at Sharp know what’s going on in fitness and are there to help share their knowledge to help you get fit. Love these guys!

Great environment with a great work staff. Cayman a worker also shared great information on the memberships and all the benefits. The equipment all works very well and is clean!

I trained at Sharp's Performance in Concordia Is for the month of August. I'm from Texas and I really enjoyed my time there. Jake treated me just like a part of the family. I really appreciated everything here, it was a very well equipped gym.

One evening Jake seen me day dreaming while training and I heard him say them plates aren't going to lift themselves. To this day even when I'm at the gym at home I still have that stuck in my head. Them plates aren't going to lift themselves. Jake Sharp is a great motivator. Thanks for the opportunity to let me train here while I was working away from home

Cool atmosphere with good vibes in downtown Salina with what are arguably some of the best professional trainers in the state. Very friendly and professional staff, excellent variety of new equipment, and a very convenient location.

I went into Sharp Performance to get some workout supplements due to the fact that there are no supplements stores in Salina. Mr. Munson assisted me and was very knowledgeable on what I was looking for. He was also very professional.

Cayman Munson is one of the best employees I’ve ran into at a gym. He was super helpful and talked me through his personal goals and meal plan.

Well thought out, clean (the offered sanitizer has a nice lemon scent), with high ceilings, good ventilation, plenty of natural lighting; friendly people good at leaving a person in their own space or socializing. 100% positive vibe.

Great place to workout. The boot camps are an incredible starting point but give you the tools to keep going through out the year!

Great staff that will help you every step of the way with your fitness goals, including nutrition, rest ect. My only complaint is that I wish they were still 24/7
