Do you ever answer the phones. Always get recording even when I follow prompts. Like what's the deal. Website doesn't work for accessing account, and doesn't help when when what you're looking for isn't listed

My 73 year old mother received a notice, stating her trash bin was positioned incorrectly. Causing her trash pick up to be delayed to the following week. The time it took to post the notice, you could have positioned the trash bin. Whatever happened to caring about the elderly.

Hate their online bill pay website. No one in their office is knowledgeable about their website so hard to conduct business and pay bills online. Can't even access the online bill pay website unless you have your account #, like everyone has their bill conveniently available at all times to input this info all of the time. Horrible.

Literally the what but I suppose you can be with you have the monopoly on the whole city! Rude customer service, dumb paying practices!
